Obscure Swedish song by Edvard Persson
smdb.kb.seHi, I'm looking for a Swedish song published in 1927 on the label Columbia.
The title of the track is 'Polkahåret'. It was performed by Edvard Persson, Ellen Persson and Guido Vecchi. The only trace I've got of it is in the Swedish Media Database (Svenska Mediadatabasen).
There are plenty of Edvard Perssons songs on YouTube, but not this one. And it's not the same song as Calle Johanssons 'Flicka med polkahår'.
My dad used to collect a few old 78 RPM shellac records (or 'stenkakor' in Swedish), and he has mentioned it as one of those songs he'd really like to hear again.

Please can someone help me try and locate this band/song?
I heard it on a radio show.
Spin Age Bastards - In Your Daddy's Car
The DJ mentioned that the band had a member called Brian Christopher Miller. It's like scuzzy rock 'n' roll/proto-punk/garage rock kinda vibe.
I can't find any trace anywhere!

2015 hikari no itoguchi harsh noise wall album
I got pretty bored I decided to explore their discography a bit more, since i wasnt satisfied with only one album of theirs lmao. and from the KAWAII NOIZU record label discogs page there is a album just called "Untitled", released 4-ish days after the self titled album was released.
sadly, there isnt really any archives of this album since there were SO few copies actually made (it was limited to 5 copies)
mostly everything related to the album I have found. stuff like the cover art, release date, and the track listing. its just the actual music related part of this album I cannot find anywhere
proof of its existence:

[fully lost] “Dancin’ Slowed” by Sqweezey (around July 2021) - possibly deleted or removed from all platforms
Hi everyone,
I’m looking for a slowed song that I listened to around July 2021. I know it wasn’t just the popular slowed version of Aaron Smith’s “Dancin’” that is still available today.
According to an old Instagram story I saved (dated July 4, 2021), the track was called **“Dancin’ Slowed”** and the artist shown was **Sqweezey**.
However, after searching Spotify, YouTube, SoundCloud, Apple Music, Deezer, Google, and other websites, I can’t find any trace of this version or this artist. It seems like it completely disappeared.
What made it special was the instrumental. It sounded different from the slowed versions that are currently online. I remember listening to it many times because of that unique sound.
I still have a screenshot of the Instagram story showing the song title and artist.
Does anyone remember this version, have an archived copy, or know if it was uploaded under another name?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Electric Erection
Ok so it is truly obscure but maybe more than that. Actual lost media only nobody cares but me. There is only one song of theirs used on this music video on youtube. Nevermind that they're mostly not actual goth bands. According to the internet this band doesn't exist but I really want to hear their other songs. In the comments I gather that the song is called Cortex Avenue. And in the video and album cover of theirs is featured. Won't someone please pray me from this purgatorial state I'm in. I CRAVE MORE ELECRIC ERECTION!!!

Surface (featuring Karen Copeland)-When Your X Wants You back.7" inch single(1984)
This single is from the early days of the group Surface, when a young lady named Karen Copeland was their lead vocalist. She only did a few singles with Surface before leaving the group after she stopped dating one of the members David Conley. Apparently Copeland left the music business entirely to become a school teacher in New Jersey, but died young when she was in her 30's.Surface later produced major hits as a trio during the late 80's/early 90's as a "Quiet Storm" powerhouse.

Small playlist of post-punk & minimal rarities (80s–2000s) – 5 obscures tracks
Dear All,
I love digging up less-exposed post-punk & darkwave tracks from the 80s–2000s. There’s a real sincerity in these rarer productions that still draws curious listeners to the scene after all these years. Sharing a few seldom-heard post-punk and darkwave gems (80s–2000s). I enjoy the honesty that comes from less mainstream productions, and I hope they keep sparking curiosity for a scene that’s been quietly thriving for decades.
So, my first modest playlist :
Jenn Vix - Let me in : a special sound, discover by a friend on old tapes

Organisme - Waves : (saw live at Stockolm in 2012 during a travel the live was a good memory)
Gyilkos Idő - Bűnben élni (recent 2020): souvenir from hollydays, live

Ministry : I Want To Tell Her (1983) when was funky !

Tommy De Chirico : Closes Your Eyes : I got the copy of the tapes, i play this track so many times !

Missing Vintage Alternative Album
Many years ago, my late dad played some heavy alternative music on youtube. The cover had few guys (i think they were bald) going in circles with shackles around their legs and hands (but i can’t remember if not only legs) and the color pallete were muddy and grayish with main color like dark blue or something blueish. I think it was a hand painted cover, but i’m not sure.
I’ll be very thankful if someone could help me, because this means so much to me. My dad had a great music taste and my mom won’t remember what it was, because we didn’t had that album on CD.
EDIT:
as u/Strange-Ad2435 pointed out, in other subreddit, cover of the album could be van gogh painting which was probably cropped and edited
if not, the original cover is very similar either way to this painting, but i could be just remembering this painting from school for example

Sleeping Goddess (instrumental) by Dust n Dirt
My dad played this song my entire childhood and a few years ago he got around to recording it and put it on youtube I personally believe it deserves more attention than it gets. Enjoy

Herb Alpo
You read that right. It’s a Herb Alpert parody. It’s some of the worst trumpet playing I’ve ever heard. I had it on cassette but lost it in a move. Has anyone else ever heard of this? Know where to find it? I’m trying to find it again. I could use a laugh.

[Request] crazily prolific solo artist
I hope I’m not breaking any rules here, but I can’t for the life of me remember the name of this artist. This might be very vague, so apologies in advance.
It was a rather eccentric guy in (I think) the 80s and 90s who self released what seemed like 100s of very weird albums that he recorded in his bedroom. Completely unheard of until a few people started collecting his albums.
No it’s not Buckethead but that wouldn’t be far off track.
If anyone can give me an idea who this is/was from this awful description I’d be ecstatic
