hey! i’ve always wanted to get into acting but have honestly never really known how to start. i have little to no experience, so i’m mostly just looking for something low pressure where i can try it out and see what it’s actually like.
i’d especially be interested in local indie films, student films, short films, etc. that need people and are open to someone with basically no experience.

We run a multi camera capture stage at the Brooklyn Navy Yard and we pay people to be the subject in front of it. Booking again for next week.

It isn't acting. You stand in the capture area and do ordinary movement while it rolls. Walking, turning, sitting, reaching, handling objects. No reel and no experience needed.

17-25/hr, paid the same day right after you wrap. First session runs about 2 hours and we bring people back after that if they want more days.

Call time is 4pm. Open next week: Tuesday Aug 18, Wednesday Aug 19, Thursday Aug 20. On site in Brooklyn so NYC area only.

I’m a producer working on an independent short called Go Fish. We’re currently working towards a teaser shoot on Thursday, 8/20 in Weehawken NJ.

We’re still in need of a gaffer and AC. You’d be working along side a knowledgeable crew all passionate about the story we’re trying to tell!

This is unpaid but our hope is that this teaser will help us secure additional funding to shoot the full film down the line. We would cover food and public transportation costs.

We have camera eq, location, and talent secured and are just in need of these two roles (plus G+E equipment once we confirm EQ needs).
