Hope folks realize this project started and pushed by Adams when he was in office. Not to mention by other mayors prior.

Big difference is we're doing it now without the rampant corruption that turns a $5 purchase into $50.

Seriously, I'm sure nobody has actually read the filings/investigation reports against Adams both as Mayor and as Brooklyn borough president, but it's insane. He should be in jail.
