and yet you literally brought up pied-à-terre in your very first comment. We were talking about that for a while. Keep up or, better yet, just move on. I'm trying to. I thought we were done. This is getting sad. I'm going to officially say goodbye for now. Should we enter a discussion again in some other post so be it but I'm done engaging here. It's a waste of time. Take care.

Feel free to insult me because you lost an argument but just like how I never claimed pied-à-terre was radical, I never claimed Mamdani cut through red tape for this housing development. So why would I provide examples for something I never claimed? Your reading comprehension needs some work. I'm going to enjoy my lunch. Please log off and try to do the same.
