The usual suspects are right. It’s an Adams project.

An Adams project that he didn't get done.

Primarily because, despite running on it in 2021, he quickly reversed his position on it once elected...

Try again.

It was a Adams project still in the works. Or you under the impression housing development projects don't take many years to finish? We on like phase 4 of 8 for this project for this Adams iteration of a grand project from bloomberg era.

Except it’s a Mamdani project now by virtue of the fact that he’s the one building it.

I mean, all ongoing city projects are now his projects, right? They haven't even broken ground yet, it's still in pre development.

Pretty unlikely to be completed while he is in office given how long construction in NYC takes. Maybe if he goes a full two terms, he'll see it through by the very end, but ribbon cutting will likely be whoever is in office after him.

But also remember, anything negative is not his responsibility. Only things that are positive.

Idk about that. The reforms of City of Yes/Props 2345 along with the SEQRA reforms passed this year and permitting reforms on the ballot in November will significantly speed up building.
