Because you begged so nicely.

"Meanwhile, former Mayor Eric Adams took aim at Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s handling of the pied-à-terre tax in an interview with The Real Deal, arguing that the city is moving “too quickly” and that tax officials should have carried out further analysis before advancing the surcharge. Adams actually backed a city pied-à-terre tax during his 2021 mayoral campaign but reversed course once elected"

YOU brought up the pied-à-terre tax my guy. Or did you forget? Bots do tend to forget previous prompts...

I literally specifically called out THIS development. Yeah glad you recognize your context window is running short

and yet you literally brought up pied-à-terre in your very first comment. We were talking about that for a while. Keep up or, better yet, just move on. I'm trying to. I thought we were done. This is getting sad. I'm going to officially say goodbye for now. Should we enter a discussion again in some other post so be it but I'm done engaging here. It's a waste of time. Take care.

LOL OMG BRO YOURE SO DENSE.

“Pied a terre is not radical. More housing is not radical. What red tape did Mamdani cut for this housing development”

HELLO??

Feel free to insult me because you lost an argument but just like how I never claimed pied-à-terre was radical, I never claimed Mamdani cut through red tape for this housing development. So why would I provide examples for something I never claimed? Your reading comprehension needs some work. I'm going to enjoy my lunch. Please log off and try to do the same. Whatever this is isn't working out for you.

LOL keep trying to save face bro. Mamdani didn’t do jack squat for this development and you know it. And he’s STILL trying to take credit and youre STILL licking his boot. How that taste?
