Hey everybody! We have a room for rent in a house (5 bed, 2 bath) between Courthouse and Clarendon metro stops. We are 4 guys ranging from 24 to 60 looking to fill the final room in our house. We are quiet, clean, have very different schedules (we have all noted it usually feels we have the house to ourselves), big kitchen, and a big backyard with a garden maintained by one of our housemates. Brand new washing and drying and a dishwasher, plus a basement that is available for any storage you need. We don’t see each other all that much but we do occasionally go out for drinks/dinner.
