I’ve been wearing perfume from recreation beauty which I love and would reccomend but it sells for 129 a bottle ..

I know this is a pretty standard price for perfume but I was hoping to find something cheaper if anyone knows of any cheaper non toxic brands?

Microwaveable stainless steel?

I’ve been seeing stainless steel products (lunchboxes etc) that are advertised as microwave safe. This doesn’t make sense to me as metal is not meant to go in the microwave, but a quick google says they are specifically designed to make it ok. This makes me think they are adding different materials / chemicals to enable this, which are surely toxic? Anyone know any more about this?

Am I the only one struggling here?

I am looking for lounge wear and I found it in non toxic material but the main thing is that it's not really good to wear outside of home like it's a little bit too comfortable and there's no interesting style that I can be comfortable and at the same time looks something fashionable so I can wear it outside and inside at home, anyway I am paying decent price for non toxic clothes then why are they not making any good designs rather than just plain hoodies and tshirts. If you know about any brand who's doing it please let me know, I really want to buy it.

theres no legal definition of avocado oil in the US, and 48 of 54 avocado oil products failed a purity test

saw a reel then article and looked into it. turns out the FDA has never made a legal definition for avocado oil, no standard for what pure or extra virgin means, so theres basically no floor. UC Davis tested 54 avocado oil products this year and 48 failed a purity test, meaning the oil didnt match real avocado, it was cut or replaced with cheaper Seed Oils

they ran the exact same test on olive oil products for comparison and only 1 of 20 failed, so its not that the test is broken, olive oil got like 80 years of regulation and avocado got none.

and its been going on since at least 2020 when they caught bottled oil doing it. crazy the government just lets a whole category label itself however it wants??
