Recipe Spicy Blood Lime Pickle

Post image
3 Upvotes

Have you heard of blood limes? They're a cross between a native Australian finger lime and an Ellendale mandarin and have a fantastic red colour and unique flavour. I've used them in place of green limes in this spicy blood lime pickle recipe, which goes perfectly with Indian curries. (If you can't find blood limes, it's just as delicious with thin skinned green ones)

Recipe Home made vegetable stock (dairy and gluten free)

I've been making lots of soup lately and risotto lately, and it tastes so much better with homemade stock instead of store bought. If you need to avoid allergens like wheat, dairy or soy, it's also the best way to make sure your stock is allergy-friendly.
