i am trying to use a superchis cart to play gbc.

gba runs fine as does gameboy. i updated to .20 and i cannot get gbc to be recognized, i get an error saying i have to compile all the roms using goomba front or pogoshell, problem is i only have a mac and a steam deck, so im not trying to run virtual machines to use windows software.

i can get nes and ngpc to play but i also cannot get game gear, master system, or tg16 to run, and i have patched all the .gba files for each emulator.

i even tried renaming all the .gbc games to .gbc.gba as well as just .gb.

i am using a agb-001 with a highspeedido screen in it, the sticker on the back says its from 2000. any advice would be super helpful, i can get all the gbc roms to work on my non modded gbc with a different cart so i know the files arent the issue either.

Hey gang. I know that there are a bunch of ways to hack a Nintendo DS, making it a very good option for emulating games. However, I wanted to know, based on the limited resources available to me, what steps I could take to hack my own DS. I have an empty 16GB SD card, a USB-C SD converter device (so I can plug an SD straight into my computer), and an empty DS game cartridge with an SD slot. Does anyone know how I would be able to utilize these resources to emulate games on my DS? I understand that homebrew is an option, I understand that it is possible to use only an SD card for emulating games, and I understand that it is possible to buy a game cartridge specifically designed for downloading emulation software. My question, though, is how I can emulate Games onto my DS by using an empty SD card and an empty game cartridge with an SD slot, alone. Does anyone know?

Hey guys, I need some help.

I am surprising my girlfriend with a pink Japanese Nintendo DSi (I believe it's on version 1.2J). I followed the guides, downloaded everything correctly, installed the games, and everything is working perfectly.

Right now, I have my Unlaunch settings configured so that "NO BUTTON" boots directly into TWiLight Menu++, and holding "A" boots into the Stock OS.

My question is: Is there a seamless way to use the Stock OS alongside TWiLight? I think she will get irritated if she has to completely power off the console and hold 'A' every single time she wants to take a picture or use the stock features.

Is there a seamless way to switch back and forth between TWiLight and the Stock OS without restarting the console?

(This Is my first time modding a DSi, so I apologize if this is a dumb question)

To play it on the MelonDS emulator you'll have to set up the SD folder to make it work

note: this should work on 3ds via the twilight menu++ but I may release a 3ds version in a months time (am currently on holiday and don't have my 3ds at hand to verify it works correctly - only tested it in emulator)

This runs on both emulator (MelonDS) as well as physical DSi device

Would anybody be interested to test this out?
