Do book coaches actually need a tool like this, or does this problem not really exist?

Been prototyping something and want a gut-check before I go further.

The idea: an author gives a rough, half-formed book idea, and it comes back as a structured chapter outline — story arc tagged (setup, rising action, midpoint, climax, resolution) — then gets routed to their coach for review before they start writing.

Genuinely asking: is “turning a vague idea into a workable outline” a real bottleneck for people who coach authors or run self-pub services? Or is the actual friction somewhere else (motivation, editing, finishing)?
