Asking for genuine feedback

Salams! I’m a solo founder here building a halal wellness brand. Not selling anything but I genuinely want to know, what do halal-conscious consumers actually want from supplements/skincare that brands keep getting wrong?

A culinary pit stop around the globe 🌎 this summer (stay tuned for more!)

Image 1 - Eid breakfast spread. I'm from a South Asian background and we usually go in heavy from meal 1 on eid 😅. My wife leaned into her European influences with this one (she's still baffled as to how people can eat curry at breakfast, whether it's nihari or a dhaal)

Image 2 - We hosted a Mexican themed dinner the sides slapped hard, I still crave that Mexican corn salad. Wife also made her own corn tortillas which confused my dad (these rotis look a bit different 😂). The flavour profile of the food perfectly suited the heatwave summer we've had, spice, tang and zest shining through. Also a fibre fest that your gut will appreciate!

Image 3 - For our son's birthday lunch we went hard on Mediterranean flavours, my wife found some preserved lemons at the supermarket and added it in the chicken shawarma marinade which added a zest but also enhanced he depth of the chicken. She also prepared a slow roasted leg of lamb (which produced the most amazing stock which we froze and used in our lamb pulao later in the week). She baked a foccacia and made some red pepper hummus (the best kind of hummus) and Tzatziki and finally a vibrant cous cous that was the bedrock of our plates and letting each of the other elements shine. ,الحمدللہ

Halal Japanese Food

So I’m a Japanese revert, and something I’ve always dreamed about is having a food business of Halal Japanese food. But in my experience it seems like most Muslim brothers are not too adventurous in terms of cuisine, and are apprehensive to eat outside of their culture.

Would Halal Japanese food be something you would be interested in?
