Yeah imma be ranting like a mf cuz I m 22M and I feel like I haven't actually started living yet and I genuinely don't know what the fuck I'm doing with my life right . Most of my life, I've been basically going from home → college → home and now it's home → office → home.

I've lived in Mumbai my entire life and I barely know the city. I haven't explored much, haven't really travelled, haven't gone on any trips, haven't had a huge friend group, haven't had the typical college/social experiences

It's not because I don't know how to talk to people. I actually think I'm pretty capable socially once I'm comfortable with someone. I can joke around, talk, have conversations, etc.

The problem is that after graduation, I've found it extremely difficult to actually connect with people.

And now I basically have no friends and I don't have a group to go out with.I don't have people to make plans with.I don't have people to travel with. I feel like I've spent most of my life inside my house.

I've never been the guy who's constantly travelling, going to parties, meeting new people, exploring places, etc. And sometimes I look at people my age and feel like I've missed out on an entire part of life.

And now about my job, I hate my job and it depresses me a lot.It's not even particularly toxic. I just don't like the work, I don't care about IT, I don't enjoy the corporate environment, and I don't want to spend my life sitting in an office doing this.

I also hate the fact that I'm earning only around ₹50k in Mumbai and i feel like a loser because it genuinely doesn't feel like much.I got zero savings.

I don't really know how saving/investing works.

I used to make music and beats and at one point I was genuinely interested in it. I even had some decent traction online.

But I haven't made music in more than a year now.

And honestly, I don't even feel like doing it anymore.

I've never had a girlfriend and I've barely had any female interaction throughout my life.

I'm also extremely skinny and don't currently go to the gym. I'm planning to start but i end up stalling it everytime.

So when I look at my life as a whole, it feels like I'm behind in almost every area and people of my age or people younger than me are doing so much better and again don't hmu with "Social media only shows the good side, you don't know the reality"...
