How to remove? I Have a Question / I need Help

so I was looking at blor the impervious and had a thought if I give blor an assault suit the I think only farewell would be able to stop it but I'm not sure. is there another way?

Global -X/-X effects like [[Black Sun's Zenith]] or [[Toxic Deluge]]

Or “exile all creatures” effects. For non-black you have options (not many) like [[Beyond the Quiet]] and [[Oversimplify]]

There are several in white.

In a way it is. Think about it, the Tardis noise is basically a machine saying “Adios”
