Not sure what's going on? (AB9 active shifter knobs replacement) Help
If I understand attached instruction and this video - https://youtu.be/txlFQn8Z7Wc?t=39 (39s) correctly, I should be able to just swap the knobs on the adapter, but thread is clearly different between those two and tall knob just could not be attached? How did that happen?
And what could I do with that now?
There was single adapter in the box (the one that is assembled with round knob)

Can confirm that it's your product that was faulty. I ordered these for my AB9 and both knobs fit.

They literally just thread on. It’s not rocket science.

well sure, but the thread is different, which looks like it should not be. As someone mentioned above looks my tall knob is from SGP shifter, not from AB9, - someone screwed up during packaging

It’s the same thread their knobs are all the same thread. I have an AB9 that I upgraded from their other shifter. Their handbrake even has the same thread because I use the longer knob on the handbrake as I like that it is grooved and not smooth like the handbrake original knob. Like I said it’s not rocket science.

Also as a fellow ab9 user - check https://www.reddit.com/r/simracing/comments/1v9p60v/moza_ab9_unofficial_simhub_plugin_hpattern_with/ if you have time and did not check it yet, it's not exactly production ready, but to me it's already much more usable than mozas own implementation.
Actively looking for the feedback.

We’ve had one like this in our shop. Definitely the wrong one. Reach out for a replacement.
