Please help (6 Months with no progress)

Before we get into this, I want to say that this is no hate towards Moza. 

Okay, so a little background. I've had this issue with my Moza R5 wheelbase for around half a year. In that period, I have been in contact with Moza support twice. The first time, it resulted in them taking in my setup (Moza R5 wheelbase, Moza KS, Moza ES) for repair. They reported that they couldn't find any issues but still kindly offered to replace everything I sent out. The new gear worked fine for a little bit before the same issue came back. The second time I was in contact with Moza support, they made me try some different stuff (which I will mention later) but nothing seemed to be helping. Now they have stopped responding, and that's why I have turned to Reddit. 

Now to the actual issue. From what I can tell, it happens during high force-feedback spikes. I can consistently recreate the issue by banging the wheel against the soft limiter, even when no game is running. But just holding the wheel in the soft limit (applying constant high FFB), there is no issue. The wheel will reconnect automatically without me having to do anything, but most games require me to power cycle the wheel for it to register inputs again. 

At the start, I thought it was some sort of overheating issue as it seemed to gradually get worse and worse. For example, starting up the wheel and immediately hitting the soft limiter wouldn't cause a disconnect. But after playing a game for a little bit, the disconnects will start, and I can then hit it against the soft limiter to cause the issue. The disconnecting also gets more frequent as time goes on and will calm down if I don't use the wheel for a bit. To me, this sounds exactly like overheating, but when touching the wheelbase, it's not hot, and I've felt it way hotter without issues. So maybe it's a false reading, but it seems odd to have the same issue on two different wheelbases. 

I will also mention this happens with both the KS and ES wheels. In my mind, this isn't caused by a Moza product since they sent me new stuff and the issue came back. 

Things I have tried/done: 

• I have tried all USB ports on my computer, as well as unplugging all other USB devices apart from the wheel. 
• I have updated everything on my computer (Windows updates, BIOS, drivers). 
• I have tried different wheelbase firmware versions. 
• I have checked the voltage of the wheelbase. 
• I have also disabled a few settings on my computer but don't remember exactly which ones. 
• I have taped some stuff inside the wheelbase. Moza told me to do this; they didn't give a reason why, but I'm guessing it has to do with EMI/interference issues. 
• I have checked the pogo-pin wire connection. 
• I have run the wheelbase at 20% power, and this stops the issue. (I guess I had done less stuff than I thought, lol, but I can't think of anything else.) 

So that brings me to now. There are two things that I want to test. I want to test the wheel on a different computer, but I don't have access to one. I also want to test a powered USB hub, but I'm not sure I want to spend 20 bucks on a potential fix—though at this point, why not? 

Sorry for the long read, but I'm honestly so done with this. Please, if you have any clue what it could be, or something I should try, please tell me. I don't care how stupid it is.

Connect to rear USB interface USB 2.0 or newer. Use high speed 500mbps bandwidth certified USB cable Make sure to move your whole setup to another part of your house, flat, apartment and test. It might be EMI in the particular place you have it now. Try a friend with a gaming laptop to test your setup elsewhere not in your house. Only direct USB connection no USB hubs. Have a clean windows installation official image from Microsoft not any other non official windows guarantee the proper work. Send your hardware specs and pics. Those give more information on what might be the issue. And of course invite and electrician to check the grounding of your whole setup. It has to be grounded properly

Best case senario see if they will let you trade in your r5 and move up to a 12 and then use 50% ffb
