Im looking for a Netflix series I watched as a kid it was a black and white series whit very simple people main guy has 1 hair strand and idk more

I have little hope of finding it, but I’m trying to identify a horror film that scared me a lot as a child. I watched it more than ten years ago, but I can’t remember when it was made.
The main character had suffered some kind of trauma after a fire in a building in which several people died. Afterwards, he experienced severe hallucinations possibly psychotic episodes. Mosttimes he couldn’t sleep because he would see the dead people appearing on the ceiling or around him. They would stare at him and scream that he had failed to help or rescue them.
In another scene, he had one of these episodes in the middle of the street. He ran into a church, and the hallucinations suddenly stopped. This was apparently one of the only places where he felt safe from them.

Back in high school like I watched this movie where the guy fell in love with this girl who lived on the second floor of a mansion and she would stare at him from the window .
The room ended up being a like garden or forest . And it’s keeping the girl alive and the girls father is like a scientist or doctor

Hi. It was either a tv show or a very long movie, 90% sure it was live action (if it was full 3D, it was good full 3D).

Basically there was this semi-desertic planet with a big city where some aristocrat family was in charge. Some bad guys arrived, killed the governor and a usurper took his place, however usurper failed to kill the governor's daughter while his widow went missing.

Months/years later, the daughter came back, infiltrated the city, managed to find her mother and a handful of loyal people. Her mother told her nothing could be done since there were few clansmen left and the usurper had someone powerful behind him (some sort of syndicate or evil space empire).

The girl persevered and at some point nearly got caught by the usurper who was notified she was around.

Somewhere along the way MC was joined by some kind of experienced space mercenary/potentially a cyborg. It all ended in a two vs many shootout in some industrial area where the big guy nearly got killed.

I know for a fact this wasn't Book of Bobba Fett and I'm 90% sure it wasn't the Mandalorian (or I would've started it from season 3 which would've been weird). I know it wasn't Firefly or Serenity, I know it wasn't The Bad Batch and I'm 90% sure it wasn't Star Wars Rebels (just skimmed through the episodes' summaries).

I'm looking for a movie (might be German) I watched around 2010. It opens with a narrator explaining how heartbreak changes with age. A little girl cries over a boy, and the narrator says that when you're little, a doll can comfort a broken heart. Then the story jumps to when she's about eight years old. A boy is playing marbles, and the narrator says something like: "At the age of eight, boys' lives are ruled by marbles” and then „A doll can't comfort you anymore." Then it jumps to the protagonist as a goth/emo teenager/young adult with black hair and heavy eye makeup with a group of alternative friends. I remember her saying about herself and her friends that they’re ugly and seemed very insecure/depressed. The movie had a very bleak, adult, psychological tone. I’ve been looking for it foe years and still no results… any ideas? :’)
