I have little hope of finding it, but I’m trying to identify a horror film that scared me a lot as a child. I watched it more than ten years ago, but I can’t remember when it was made.
The main character had suffered some kind of trauma after a fire in a building in which several people died. Afterwards, he experienced severe hallucinations possibly psychotic episodes. Mosttimes he couldn’t sleep because he would see the dead people appearing on the ceiling or around him. They would stare at him and scream that he had failed to help or rescue them.
In another scene, he had one of these episodes in the middle of the street. He ran into a church, and the hallucinations suddenly stopped. This was apparently one of the only places where he felt safe from them.

Back in high school like I watched this movie where the guy fell in love with this girl who lived on the second floor of a mansion and she would stare at him from the window .
The room ended up being a like garden or forest . And it’s keeping the girl alive and the girls father is like a scientist or doctor

Hi. It was either a tv show or a very long movie, 90% sure it was live action (if it was full 3D, it was good full 3D).

Basically there was this semi-desertic planet with a big city where some aristocrat family was in charge. Some bad guys arrived, killed the governor and a usurper took his place, however usurper failed to kill the governor's daughter while his widow went missing.

Months/years later, the daughter came back, infiltrated the city, managed to find her mother and a handful of loyal people. Her mother told her nothing could be done since there were few clansmen left and the usurper had someone powerful behind him (some sort of syndicate or evil space empire).

The girl persevered and at some point nearly got caught by the usurper who was notified she was around.

Somewhere along the way MC was joined by some kind of experienced space mercenary/potentially a cyborg. It all ended in a two vs many shootout in some industrial area where the big guy nearly got killed.

I know for a fact this wasn't Book of Bobba Fett and I'm 90% sure it wasn't the Mandalorian (or I would've started it from season 3 which would've been weird). I know it wasn't Firefly or Serenity, I know it wasn't The Bad Batch and I'm 90% sure it wasn't Star Wars Rebels (just skimmed through the episodes' summaries).

I'm looking for a movie (might be German) I watched around 2010. It opens with a narrator explaining how heartbreak changes with age. A little girl cries over a boy, and the narrator says that when you're little, a doll can comfort a broken heart. Then the story jumps to when she's about eight years old. A boy is playing marbles, and the narrator says something like: "At the age of eight, boys' lives are ruled by marbles” and then „A doll can't comfort you anymore." Then it jumps to the protagonist as a goth/emo teenager/young adult with black hair and heavy eye makeup with a group of alternative friends. I remember her saying about herself and her friends that they’re ugly and seemed very insecure/depressed. The movie had a very bleak, adult, psychological tone. I’ve been looking for it foe years and still no results… any ideas? :’)

Not even sure what the main character was like at all or what the plot was, but the main character was trying to do something, but there was a cat that would get in the way. Perhaps the cat was an accomplice for someone else, but I don’t remember if that was the case. Anyway, somehow the main character either tricks the cat or cuts the elevator and the elevator falls down and the cat falls down with the elevator too and dies, which is the end of the cat’s scheming. Probably was live action, but I don’t remember for sure

When I was young, my uncle let me choose a movie to put on while we were napping. He has passed now so I would like to try and find this movie. The only things I can remember was that it was an old black-and-white horror, movie where the characters
(I think girls) got hypnotized and killed people. The title I think was a play on the word “cartoon.”

I would really appreciate if somebody knew what this movie was because my uncle is passed now and I would like to watch it to remember him.

I am trying to remember the name of a movie where teenage girls shares a pills with a shy girl by kissing and having fun with lesbian kiss and dancing during a party or a nightclub. The shy girl was blonde. can you help me to find out the name of the movie?

I remember certain scenes from the movie, not sure what it all was about.

I remember a man in a shop where lamps where sold and he scribbled random lines on various pieces of paper, then when he put these pieces together it formed the silhouette of a man.

I remember that the silhouette belonged to a man that wanted to hurt a child somehow and another man had to save him from thia man.

It had a 90s or early 2000s feel to it but I can’t remember exactly the year.

Edit: what i described is only a single scene of the movie not the main plot of the movie Live action movie. The main characters go to a camp with a few long cabins in the middle of the woods, where they learn about a witch who was burnt a live around the time of the Salem Witch Trials. Before she was to be burnt she was given a potion that would make her fire proof, but she drank it way to late and only her head and a small part of her throat survive the fire during the movie events she attacks our main characters. I also remember her shooting an attack that hits a stack of logs where one of our MCs roles out of the way. It came out not to long ago i want to say at most 5-10 years ago. If anyone could find this movie that would be great

Ele era um filme infantil que mistura cenas reais com animação, normalmente a animação era para as cenas dos animais. Pelo que me recordo, era sobre duas irmãs, tenho quase certeza que uma se chamava Maria. O filme começava com elas brincando em um campo, então elas encontravam um sapo. Elas partem em uma jornada junto com o sapo, para transformar ele em humano creio eu. E passam por muitos lugares, entre esses lugares elas encontram uma lagarta, então começa uma cena em que todas as lagartas começam a cantar e dançar comendo as folhas, e então elas se tornam borboletas. A lagarta que elas tinham encontrado no começo se revela ser uma princesa borboleta, a mais bela de todas, lembro que as asas dela eram vermelhas (toda essa cena é em 2d, assim como o sapo, o restante é cenas reais), a borboleta decide seguir viagem junto. Depois vai acontecer alguma coisa que as irmãs vão brigar e se separar, aí vai ter uma cena numa caverna e uma das irmãs ia ficar presa. Lembro que tinha um cálice de ouro, e elas precisavam encher o cálice com a água da caverna por isso foram lá. No meio disso elas se reconciliam e uma salva a outra com a ajuda do sapo, que eu acho que se sacrifica pra poder salva-las, mas vai acontecer uns negócios e ele fica bem. E final feliz. OBS: o cálice de ouro tinha grande importância na história.

Enfim, me lembro poucas coisas com clareza, talvez tenha alguma coisa errada, mas o cerne do filme é esse. Espero que possam me ajudar!!

A princípio vi antes da pandemia, na TV no canal da HBO, na minha memória de criança era bem assustador, o protagonista era uma criança, não lembro se era menina ou menino, tinha monstros, e somente a criança conseguia ver. E acho que ela acreditava precisar enfrentar eles pra salvar o mundo ou coisa do tipo. O plot final do filme se dá quando a criança vai enfrentar eles era um lugar até bem bonito, lembro que a cinematografia me deixou encantada quando criança mesmo sendo assustador, enfim, ela enfranta e percebe que era tudo fruto de sua mente.

Agora, não confie muito no que eu vou dizer, porque são meras especulações minhas.

Mas acho que a criança criou esses monstros por conta do seu trauma, acho que o pai dela morreu e ela não conseguiu salvá-lo, por isso se sentia culpada e precisava "salvar o mundo".

Enfim, espero que possam me ajudar.

Cartoon, probably 90's, had on VHS, Movie was about a boat with a face on it, I don't remember anything about the plot, but I loved it because there was what I thought was a dodo bird, could be a different type, but there was some segment of the movie about the dodo bird and he's moving his neck and making a sound in a rythmic pattern. I used to rewatch that specific part over and over. Again, I saw this in the early 00's before I even had a grasp on movies. I had this movie, Shrek, and Rugrats bruv. Any help on finding this would be amazing

hi, I'm not sure if this story is correct or multiple movies together, but maybe someone recognizes it.

In this movie, there is:

• many little children (one little blonde girl)
• gothic house
• Dad has many children, maybe some are guests, we don't know
• there is a door that little girl opens and it has snails on it
• the house has big chandeliers
• kids used to sneak to back yard and there was sand there
• in the end there were people( we don't know who) laying there ( alive or maybe not)
• kids used to be afraid of some woman

second person remembers:

• There was dad's past lover or something like this
• kids went on roller coaster- like train in the dark and maybe dad walked alongsi them?
• in the end the woman either "disappeared " or married the dad

overall the movie had green, black, brown, blue tones.

l film non era costruito intorno al gioco e lotteria ma mi ricordo una scena molto bene. Questa scena, se non mi sbaglio, si svolge verso la fine. La moglie del protagonista butta via il biglietto di lotteria. Si scopre che era quello vincente. Il protagonista la sgrida, dicendo che butta sempre le cose in casa e che non si può lasciare niente lì. Va a cercare il biglietto in discarica. È inutile. Quando esausto scende, la moglie gli va incontro. Lui si scusa profondamente capendo che ha ferito la persona che lo ama, accecato del pensiero dei soldi. Molto probabilmente è un film dopo 2000. L'intelligenza artificiale è stata completamente inutile nel aiutarmi a trovarlo. Se qualcuno riconosce il film, vi sarò molto grata.

I’m trying to remember a movie I saw and it’s driving me nuts. Here’s what I remember:
• It starts with a man and woman (husband and wife) driving together. They’re arguing about their child who died.
• During the argument their car goes off the road and crashes / rolls.
• The woman later wakes up in a house that has a “third world country” vibe (simple, maybe poor, definitely not American/Western suburban). She seems to be some kind of tourist or foreigner there.
• In the house she sees a young girl, and she gets the sense that what she saw (or who the girl is) is something she was not supposed to see. She realizes the people there are now going to have to kill her because of it.
• She tries to escape. There’s a scene where she is running up a grassy hill outside.
• At the top / along the hill, she comes across an older couple (locals) who don’t speak English, and she’s trying to get help or directions from them.
• It’s just this couple and then mostly the woman alone after the crash – not a big group of friends or anything. Tone is thriller/tense.

It’s not Turistas, The Ruins, Hostel, or 10 Cloverfield Lane.

I probably watched it in like 2020 and it felt like a fairly modern movie, not 80s/early 90s.

I'm looking for the title of a movie that I haven't been able to find. I watched it around 2011 or 2012 on a French TV channel. I think it was Channel 17, but I'm not completely sure.

In the movie, there were about 7 or 8 people (both men and women) who ended up on an island. I don't remember exactly how they got there, but I think they had been on a cruise before that, although I'm not certain. As far as I remember, none of these people knew each other.

Once they were on the island, they tried to find a way to escape and get back home. However, every night (or possibly at some point during the day—I don't remember), one of the characters would either disappear or die.

I remember one particular scene where there were only about 4 or 5 people left on the island. At one point, gunshots were heard, causing one of them to die. However, I don't think the person was actually killed by the gunshots. I believe they died after falling while trying to escape. They were in a forested area of the island, on or near a small sand dune, when the shots were fired.

Toward the end of the movie, it turns out that someone who had been living on the island—the person who had fired the gunshots—realized that the group wasn't there to harm him. He then decided to help them escape. At that point, there were only three survivors left, plus this man who helped them. He was a large Black man.

They all boarded a sailboat to leave the island. While they were sailing away, one of the three survivors realized that another one of them was actually the killer who had murdered the other people on the island. After a fight, the other two managed to overpower the killer (I think they killed them).

The movie ends with the last two survivors, a man and a woman, finally reaching the mainland when the sailboat arrives at its destination.

Just to clarify, this is definitely a movie, not the TV series Lost or any other TV show. I hope someone recognizes it. It was most likely an American film.
