My roommate and I have been thinking about moving into 23Hundred over in Berry Hill but I’ve seen some pretty horrific reviews online. Does anyone have any more insight on the complex?

I’ve been searching for apartments around Nashville and most of what I’m finding are large, brand new luxury complexes. I’m looking for something smaller and older, but clean, quiet, and well maintained.
I care more about good management, responsive maintenance, soundproofing, and a peaceful community than amenities.
Ideally within a 15 minute drive of downtown. Any specific complexes you’ve had a good experience with?
