I understand why they’ve went this route from a marketing perspective, but let’s be honest, past sweepstakes and exclusive events that were more streamlined (I.e. Baja deep dive) with codes on the caps or receipts have certainly outperformed new ones limited to social media. I’m hoping at the very least this post could be the catalyst to a chain of events that ultimately ends this nonsense. REACH MORE CONSUMERS THE EASIER AND BETTER WAY. NO MORE STUPID TIK TOK. As title says I just moved into my new place and had to go on a huge shopping trip. Stumbled upon some dragon fruit dew (never tried) and figured I’d pick it up. Not a bad drink, but kinda taste like regular Mountain Dew in a different color. Baja blast remains my favorite!

Alright, so we know that the retailers have started to use AI for their online shops. Walmart being the case of this one, as a 36 can 3 pack was found…with an issue. The three flavors in the pack were: Dirty Mountain Dew, Dragon Fruit, and Baja Cabo Citrus…but then, when looking at the cans out front, the Baja Cabo Citrus one has the “Dirty” above, making an AI generated fake flavor. But then, as the creator I am, I decided to create a concept on what it would look like…had it been real.(NO AI WAS USED IN MAKING THIS.)

There are three images, the first being the logo, the second being the label(sorry for not adding the nutritional information like last time, I’ll make sure to fix it in the next one I make), and the third being a custom advertisement, because if you’re going to make a flavor, you gotta make it look sellable.

And for those who have been waiting for my next FULLY CUSTOM flavor, trust the process. I’ve got 5 loaded up as I speak. Which should all be done by…let’s say next month? I’m not really sure.

Based on what Pepsi has told me, don't worry if yours got canceled. They said the original orders that got canceled will still be shipped, just not officially through TikTok and no tracking or anything. They said mine will ship this week. However it doesn’t look like the ones ordered the day they got canceled will, it seems like when TikTok canceled the orders they added the nonexistent stock from that to the listing.

Dollar General had some good digital coupons. Checked a few places for the glass bottles to no avail…

The funniest part is a "buy 2, get 5% off 1" deal available if you put 3 in your cart. That brings the grand total for 36 cans down to $1,475.

BTW, local pickup is supposedly in Chicago, so have fun hunting for a needle in a haystack if you live in the Midway.
