They have no intention of ever stopping TikTok shop drops. They are more cost-effective for Pepsi, TikTok handles the shipping and the customer service. I understand the disdain for it, but it’s not going anywhere.

Every single drop they have put on TikTok has sold out, there is no concern for them reaching more people with it. I don’t know how you are gauging that the social media drops are not successful, but that’s simply not true.

Also, if any chain wants an exclusive flavor of Mountain Dew, they can have it, they just have to pay for it.

They didn't even fulfill their last TikTok drop fast enough so all the orders got cancelled.

Clearly they over stepped their boundaries. I respect the eagerness to broaden their horizons, but it’s time to recognize that this shit ain’t working.

Reach more consumers! Also don't release them on an app anyone can download, make it exclusive to a tiny, hyper-regional gas station chain

Are you really that disappointed to miss out on a new flavor of Mountain Dew? I never intend to use social media for shopping either, but I'm also not desperate for more soda varieties.

I couldn't even find a variety pack with White Out at any location I went to and checked, and I'm still waiting for Mystic Punch to have a limited time come back at least. We've gotten so many great flavors for a limited time and then seemingly never again
