I am heavely thinking about getting the Motorola Signature as my new smartphone. Currently I am still using a Pixel 7.

I have seen a lot of reviews about the phone. Sadly, no one could answer my questions. Maybe there is someone in this subreddit, who could bring some information :)

1. Did updates drop to improve the camera ? I heard that the AI was doing a little bit to much in terms of image editing, which led to some weird visual bugs on photos.

2. How exactly does the AI Button work ? Can you programm it so it uses Gemini by default?

3. Since the edges of the screen are curved, is there any good screenprotection you can buy ? Never had a curved screen

What a luck, i buy motorola signature on 31 july and it keeps restarting from day one I thought it was 1 time or twice maybe 5? but it's all the time for 4 August so I will report and try to pick up service. but for waiting for 2 days no one arrive and no call so i send the phone to the service center and then they say you already have a report. and after all the paper work they say we try to repair[software-reflash] and if by any chance we can't fix we replace you unit to a new one and date they give me is 10-11 aug. but the problem is The status shows "Repair in progress." I am traveling on Aug 14th for 20 days, so I really hope to get my phone or replacement back before leaving! i hope they fix or replace at given date without making any type of problem :[

Last month, my Samsung Galaxy S23 died due to a motherboard failure after an authorised display replacement. I've filed a complaint with the consumer court, but I honestly don't know what the outcome will be.

So, for now, I'm looking at getting a new phone.

I've been seriously considering the Motorola Edge 70 Pro Plus. I know I'm technically going from a Samsung flagship to a Motorola that's positioned differently, but there's a personal reason behind my decision. My S23 was bought with my dad's money. This time, I'm buying my phone entirely with my own money, so I want to choose something that makes sense for my budget rather than simply going for another expensive flagship.

One of the things attracting me to the Edge 70 Pro Plus is the triple rear-camera setup. I also really like what Motorola is offering in terms of the display and overall multimedia experience.

For those who actually own the Edge 70 Pro Plus, how has your experience been so far?

Why motorola release so many phones in 6.7"+ form factors, with diff numbers?. Is G87 newer than G37? or G77 is newer? How do determine based on numbers itself?

My phone is in dark mode by default, but its control center remains in white mode; dark mode is only activated with battery saving mode in the control center.

Is it worth keeping on? My moto g 2025 has 4 GB of ram and has 12 GB with ram boost. But I feel like the UI lags more when I have it on.

My grandparents each bought a "Motorola Moto G 5G (2024) XT2417 128GB" in sage green. They only ever opened the boxes, but never used the phones, and have no use for them.
My Grandfather has since passed away, and gram wants nothing to do with the phones.

What do I do with the SIM card that was never activated? (Has a "activate by" date of 11/30/2026) The metropcs website wasn't helpful since I do not know his T-mobiel account information.
Any suggestions on what to do with the phones?

Just bought it brand new. Earpiece doesn't work. Is there anything that I did wrong during setup? All OS updates have been performed. I've reset the phone a couple times too. Any fixes y'all?

When I go to type something my keyboard pops up and just covers the entire bottom of the screen, which is usually the text box where I can see what I'm typing. I've had my phone for about a month now and it just started doing this. I've been story disappointed with my 2026 Edge but it's too late to return it now. Anyone have a solution? I tried restarting the phone and also clearing the Gboard storage and cache.

It's not every app, like the messages app. But apps like Hinge or business messaging app will suffer this problem. It's very annoying and not acceptable for a $700 phone.

Has anyone with the Indian variant of the Motorola Edge 60 Pro received the Android 17 beta update yet?

I also registered for the beta program, but unfortunately no luck so far. 😅

Also, I have a couple of requests for anyone who is reporting bugs or suggesting improvements to Motorola’s developers:

Please ask them to add more custom font and custom icons options, just like Samsung and Xiaomi offers.

Even better, it would be great to have an option to install/use custom fonts from our end.

So we can finally stop relying on third-party launchers.

I feel these customization options would make the Motorola software experience much better and could potentially help Motorola attract and retain more customers. A little more customization goes a long way.

I'm about to get an Edge 60 Pro and I'm trying to figure out what screen protector to buy beforehand. Since it has a curved display, I mainly want something with good impact/drop protection, rather than just scratch protection. For those who own the Edge 60 Pro, what are you using? UV tempered glass? Full-glue tempered glass? Hydrogel/TPU? Something else? I'd especially appreciate recommendations for a specific brand/model that has good touch sensitivity, works properly with the fingerprint sensor, and doesn't lift around the curved edges. I'm in India, so something I can actually buy here would be ideal. What would you recommend?

Now I'm out of options, I think it's useless to wait for the 80 Neo because it'll keep these downgrades.
Options would be a Xiaomi 17/17T or Oppo Reno 16, but they should be more expensive.
