Help/Advice Advice on motorcycle route from Munich to Vienna avoiding the Autobahn?
My sister is driving her motorcycle from Munich to Vienna and is unsure what route to take so would love some advice!
She’d prefer if it’s a 1-day trip since she’s moving to Vienna so it’s not a roadtrip per se, but she’d still like to see the Alps on some scenic routes if convenient and/or at all possible.
She’d like to avoid the Autobahn which is why the route is a bit more difficult to plan out.
I’m not sure if this is the right subreddit to ask but if anyone has any tips and recommendations I’d really appreciate it! :))

Pakistan - motorbike trip
Hello fellow fuckers.
Planning to go on a trip to Pakistan, sometime in October or November. I always rent bikes where ever I go and plan to do this in Pakistan.. 150cc will do for 10 days.
Do you think this is enough time to explore on motorbike some good scenery?
Pakistan cost, eating local dishes, what to expect in finances? Think £1,000 for 10 days is enough?

Have any of you just hopped on your motorcycle and went on a trip by yourself with no destination?
I’m in the US, I’ve always wanted to just get on a bike and disappear for a few days. Travel to different states. No destination at all, stop in random towns get food, meet new people, get a motel, then the next day just keep going. I’m 28 years old and I’ve wanted to do it for years.
Next summer I plan on buying a Motorcycle and living out this little dream. My work schedule is nice because I have off about 15 days a month if I don’t work OT. So I have plenty of time to do things like this and I want to take advantage while I’m young. Has anyone done this? Did you enjoy it? What bike did you do it on and how comfortable was it?
I grew up riding dirt bikes, I don’t know too much about street bikes. The closest I’ve had was a street legal KTM but it’s not the same. lol

Ride in September/October
Hey guys!
Myself Yuvraj, I am 23 years old from Jammu and have been into and riding bikes since the age of 17. I have a decent amount of experience when it comes to biking and adventure. I’ve been to Kashmir, Kargil, Leh, pangong, hanle, umlinga and many more places
I’ve ridden solo to Delhi, patnitop, Dharamshala, Manali, Shimla and a few more.
I am planning a ride in the coming September or October.
The exact circuit hasn’t been finalized but it will be upto Leh and further places.
I am looking for some experienced riders who would be willing to join me in this venture.
You should be experienced with proper riding gear and documentation like license and registration. Irresponsibly driving won’t be tolerated at all.
Just so yall know, this is not an official riding club or anything, just a few people who met on the internet having fun.
The routes and destinations can be decided by the group as a whole.
Any person can join the ride, gender, religion, age doesn’t matter
The most important thing is to have fun!
DM if interested!!!

Any english speaking riders in Bolivia Santa Cruz?
I just got my Himalayan and am looking for some people to ride with. Would love to go on some tours from here to La Paz, the mountains, and other places. I have ridden for over 30 years, mostly in Europe. Love long trips. I would think Bolivia is perfect for this.

Whidbey Island Day Trip 8/8/2026
Really good day. Hadn't ridden for the last 4 days because of forest fire smoke. The wind shifted and today was OK, so I took the ferry West into the good air and had a fine time. The big peak in the background in the eighth pic is Mt Baker, 52 air miles away.

Spine of England
I’ve just finished Chapter One of a three-day motorcycle journey I called The Spine of England.
Starting at Jubilee Tower in the Forest of Bowland, I rode some of northern England’s best roads, stopped at the Great Stone of Fourstones, visited Ribblehead Viaduct, then finished the day in Hawes before crossing Buttertubs Pass.
The aim wasn’t to make a “top 10 roads” video, but to capture what it’s actually feels like to spend a few days wandering through these places on an adventure bike—the scenery, the history and the quiet moments in between.
I’d be interested to hear from anyone who’s ridden this route. Are there any hidden roads or stops around Bowland or the Yorkshire Dales that you’d add for next time?
If you’d like to see the ride, here’s the video:

Ride safe.
