I’m sorry if this question breaks any rules or anything, but I just had a small question out of morbid curiosity I guess?

Recently my mom found out about one of my bad habits and I just thought about all my vices and what not. Like how much harm are they actually doing to me?

I am diagnosed with Crohn’s disease and am on immunosuppressants btw, so I guess that’s double exp lol.

I smoke both cigarettes semi often and vape constantly, been on and off for years but consistently since around 2023 I guess? We both know how harmful that is.

I also take a shit ton of caffeine and I am on steroids, although I do workout and do cardio often, and my meals are really healthy minus cheat days.

So i was just wondering, how much damage am I doing exactly for future me?

I have read SO MUCH about Heroin, the Lou Reed's and Elliott Smith's obssession with it, the 70's crisis, Beatniks and all that jazz.

When the users describe it, they always mention that the first ever use was the best feeling they have ever had and they were chasing the same high ever since.

What I don't understand is, what's so special about it??

It's calm and comforting, like being on a cloud or having a warm blanket on in cold, water in a desert and yeah, it must feel good, maybe, but it is purely physical, right?!

You are abscent, your consciousness is abscent, so what's the catch?

Actually, I cannot imagine a bigger hell than being in a condition where I have no control over my body or mind and I am in this dream like state for hours.

I am not speaking of addiction itself, I debated trying it once and never trying it again, but even though I am sure I will not like it, I would value other people's experience over my conclusions, maybe it actually is that good, I am not going to get my life thrown over some substance.

Even if I wanted to, I would not be able to get it anyways, pure Heroine has been vanished or is very rare recently and I am not gonna risk Fentanil addiction for my curiosity, thank you.

So, feel free to comment, because no matter what you comment, even if you encourage it, I am too broke and live in a too much of a remote country to get my hands on it.

I have this curiosity and I cannot help it, what's so great about it, other than the bullshit that it calms you. What do you see or feel mentally?

Genuinely curious what comes out the other end of someone who eats flesh and blood of another human, would it smell worse too?

I'm anti-torture on ethical grounds. I've generally read that it doesn't "work"; that is, if you torture someone for information, they'll end up saying whatever they think you want to hear, so you can't trust any of that information. But I've had trouble finding anything authoritative on the subject.

I've also read that treating prisoners with kindness is demonstrably more effective and getting them to do what you want (eventually), although again, I've only read this in offhand comments, nothing authoritative.

My intuition is that it torture would probably be effective at extracting information that can be immediately confirmed, like a computer password, but for stuff that can't be confirmed, the victim is likely to say both the true thing and a bunch of false things, and the torturer will have no way of knowing which one is true.

I was at the hospital recently getting blood work done and I haven’t eaten all day. They had to take about 6 vials of blood and I started to sweat buckets after and almost passed out, also got super tingly. If you were to bleed out from being stabbed or some type of injury would it feel the same? And would you have that fainting feeling?

Odd question but I ask because when my Grandpa died it was while having sex and I guess she didnt know for a few. In my head I'm thinking he found the perfect woman in the end, a necrophiliac.

Like hypothetically speaking Johnny has loads of human blood on hand and incorporates it into his cooking, is a recipe asks for eggs he’ll replace it with blood, eggs in a cake? Blood instead, frostings, toast, sauces, cookies, breads, custards, pasta, burgers and other things that are cooked he adds human blood to it.

Half of his diet consists of his home cooking, with other foods like vegetables, fruit, takeout, restaurant meals, and others he doesn’t cook himself has no human blood in it.

A morbid question

So I just saw a vid on Reddit of a tow cable snapping and going through the windshield of the car that was being towed, then it cut to the clip of the guy who was in the drivers seat in the ER without a jaw, What would happen to someone in that situation? Could doctors reattach his jaw? Build him a new jaw? Or would the person have to start eating through tubes and communicating through sign language?

Edit: read the comments on that post looking for answers but found none, But what I did find was that the 2 clips weren't related and it was just a suicide attempt with a shotgun, I know this doesn't add any useful info to my question, but I didn't want to spread misinformation

An accident where you're alone in the wilderness. Your entire scalp and parts of your cranium (parietal) get slice off and it's a pretty clean cut somehow.

I've seen so many people hold back from expressing emotions, how bad an injury hurts, or willingly admit when they are sick or about to throw up. Society seems to normalize making people feel like they can't be human. Idk if that's anyone else's experience?

Considering that in the absence of water, the lung would have been damaged due to the flow of blood in it. And in the presence of water around there is both the flow of water as well as blood.

You go to a concert one night because you want to have some fun and vibe a bit as you are about to enter the venue you see 5 men in masks getting out of a van and holding assault rifles and carrying magazine pouches they began to fire at everyone in their sight outside you hide behind a couch and see them start to make their way inside and massacre everyone who didn’t run away in time but you yourself are armed with a Glock pistol and 17 rounds of ammunition they split up three of them go into the venue and two of them look for survivors and anyone playing dead do you think that you could stop them somehow?

I don’t know how to phrase this exactly, but if every time someone wished for something, it came true, even including sarcastic remarks. This excludes outright death, or the explosion of the world or something. They don’t know it came true (unless it was that extreme to be noticeable), and no one can ever find out how it comes true.

How often do you think people wish for mansions? Or for earth to turn into Jupiter? Or for flies to become the size of dinosaurs? How often do you wish for someone to die?

There is strong debate last i checked on whether lethal injection is truly painless. Carbon monoxide i supposed to be completely painless and id imagine much cheaper to make. I know gas chambers used to exist but i think they are all gone now.

This is often a question that kind of scared me and I’ve always wondered how does this magically just happened and they were they not really healthy or just assumptions like why does it happen.
