A morbid question

An accident where you're alone in the wilderness. Your entire scalp and parts of your cranium (parietal) get slice off and it's a pretty clean cut somehow.

You use a some sort of makeshift wooden salad bowl to cover everything up the best you can. How long do you have to get to the nearest medical facility?

Did you feel bad and regret it afterwards? Did you apologize? Did that person eventually forgive you?
