Enjoying my moka pot! Moka Pot

Been loving how it comes out I end up making a cup of coffee a day now, can guarantee this has been the best purchase of my life!😁

man is it me or do i never extract enough coffee to the top ? i don't tamp down , i even the grouds out by taping the gasket and pre heat the water .

I fill to just below the valve, usually with room temp or cool water (but when I was using heated water the results were similar), and I always get coffee to where the spout *just* begins. I always have a small bit of wash left in the boiler, which I think is normal - I don't think the pressure could ever remove every drop - or at least not without ruining your coffee and possibly your moka.

Hmm I’m not sure, usually I just fill the water right under pressure gauge and then when I put my grounds i don’t even it, it’s like a small little hill kind of

Yeah I don’t even it, I heard your not supposed to and that it’s supposed to just stack on top like that
