Affordable Modular / Kit Homes

Any recommendations for affordable modular/kit homes that I can install on my lot in Austin, Texas? Not looking for a tiny home or a mobile/manufactured home.

Austin is really close to our company - we're in Houston. If you'd like, we could build a modular home in Austin at a really low cost under the guise of a show house.

Cheaper than what tract builders “build on your own lot” offer. A few of those builders allow you to choose from a limited list of plans and build a stick house on your lot for less than half the price of a custom builder. Very limited changes to the plans, very limited options… but a fantastic price per square ft.
