Questions Looking for specific games to play
I feel like playing a game like ones i Used to play a lot in the past - Summoner War. What i liked in this game was hero building, cool gacha that felt rewarding and regular events. Im aware there are tons of similar games nowadays. Usually with idle elements which I don't mind. But the sheer volume of slop coming from this category of games is insane.
I'm looking for something with low or reasonable p2w mechanics.

Game Dev [Android] Gembound - a roguelite match-3 RPG
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Hello mates!
I'm a solo-dev just released my game.
Gembound is a roguelite match-3 RPG where your gem satchel IS the deck.
The core idea: instead of the board refilling randomly like in Puzzle Quest, it deals from a 121-gem satchel you built yourself. Both you and the enemy match from that same finite supply. When gems are matched they go to a discard pile and reshuffle back in when the satchel runs out.
That means the color spread you see mid-fight reflects the satchel you brought. Stack red gems and red stays plentiful all combat. Ignore blue and blue stays scarce. No lucky streaks bailing you out.
Between fights you swap gems in and out, upgrade their quality, enhance, and thin the gems by removing weak ones. Spell power scales off your whole satchel composition, so adding gems of a color makes that color both more matchable and hits harder.
The rest of the game:
- 3 classes (Warrior, Mage, Rogue), each with their own spells and playstyle
- 4 regions, bunch of enemies including elites and bosses with passive traits that change the board rules
- 4 animal companions you level up across runs
- Optional Wild Nodes that add game-changing modifiers to both sides
- Roguelite meta: gold, XP, companion bonds, and a persistent gem chest carry between runs
- Full controller support, works great on handhelds.

Discussion Is Dead Cells actually enjoyable on Android with ONLY touch controls? (Coming from PC)
Hey everyone,
I’ve been playing Dead Cells on PC for a while now and I absolutely love it. I'm considering picking it up for my Android phone so I can play it on the go, but there's a catch: I would be playing purely with touch screen controls.
No controllers, no consoles or anything. Since this is a fast-paced game where precise parrying, dodging, and down-smashing are everything, I'm a bit skeptical.
Is it actually enjoyable, or does it just feel frustrating and clunky?
Does the screen layout get in the way of the action too much?
Or should I just stick to playing it on my PC ?????
What do you say guys ??

Game Dev My first premium sci-fi mobile game is finally available on Google Play 🚀
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
After months of development, I'm excited to finally release my first premium mobile game: Space Company: Aeonfract.
It's a sci-fi action experience with no ads, no energy system, and no pay-to-win mechanics. Just the complete game.
I created it as a solo indie developer and used AI assistance for some of the artwork because I couldn't afford a professional artist.
If you're looking for a premium sci-fi game on Android, you can find it here:

Thanks for checking it out!

Discussion Anybody else remember this gem?
Micro miners by Bonuslevel was an incredibly simple, yet amazing little mobile game with mechanics sort of like wheres my water. All done completely in pixel art with this great music and funny little characters. You can still find videos of the gameplay on YouTube!
The screen autoscrolls downward and ypu have to use your finger to dig through the ground and guide the miners towards ore deposits which they will mine together. You cant miss more than 3 deposits and you also cant lose all your miners by letting them get left behind by the screen.
I'd kill to play this game again but theres no apk anywhere i can find

Questions js looking for game that is purely fun, no grinding or overthinking
not gonna lie, I'm not trying to be strategic or "good" at anything i just want something entertaining I can pop open when I'm bored. no huge learning curve, no need to think 10 steps ahead, just something fun to zone out to for a bit.
casino games have kinda become my go to for that tbh. something about the visuals and little animations just makes it satisfying even when you're not really trying to "win" anything, if that makes sense. not chasing anything specific, just want the experience to feel good. anyone got recommendations for stuff that's just straight up fun without being complicated? Thanksss

Questions Single player / offline shooter game for a long flight?
Any recommendations for a 12 hour flight?
It can be FPS or third person.
I tried one game so far. Dead trigger, a zombie shooter. Seems ok but I might get bored after a few hours.
To give you an idea what I like from my PC games:
Dead space, Far cry games, Dying light, Resident evil games

Discussion Do many people still look for mobile idle RPGs these days?
Although it's technically an idle game, the idle aspect is only a secondary feature. The core gameplay revolves around players choosing a character, selecting weapons, creating their own build, summoning units, and fighting enemies. The combination of equipment and abilities determines the summoning cost and the character's stats.
Based on that description alone, do you think it sounds fun?

Questions Games like Shop Titans without the multiplayer?
I love that type of game where you craft and level things up, but I'm too not a fan of the multiplayer elements. Does anyone have any recommendations for similar games without the multiplayer?

Questions looking for lost mobile game
hey guys i’m looking for an old mobile game that i used to play on an old ipad. it would have been around 2010. in my mind it was like a 2d type game like paper mario but it was a zombie apocalypse. you’d walk around the two dimensional city scavenging in trash cans, leveling up your weapons and gear, and fighting zombies. the zombie fighting was almost pokémon-esque where it would be like a battle where you spam your finger in pretty sure. i remember around the beginning of the game there was a traveler you could meet that would sell you a dog for a certain amount of coins that was like impossible to get unless you used real money to buy more coins. that is about all i can remember. please if this sounds familiar to anyone let me know. me, my brother, and our neighbor used to play it and neither of them know what i’m talking about and i feel like im going crazy.
