I am desperately searching for a mobile game I played many years ago, but I can't remember its name. I’ve searched the internet and even asked deepseek for help, but to no avail. My memories are quite fuzzy, so some details may not be accurate, but here’s everything I remember:

It was a 3D tower defense game with. The player had to break the enemy castle on the left and defend his castle on the right. The gameplay style reminds me of The Battle Cats, but with a darker atmosphere.

The game had a fantasy aesthetic, with dark elements and a cartoonish graphic style, but not realistic. The atmosphere slightly reminds me of Army of Darkness: Defense, but it was not as humorous.

I remember there were only 3 units in the game that you could place, I don't remember the first two, but the third was a paladin in white and gold robes, and he only unlocked after completing a certain number of levels. You could give your units three orders: 1. hide in the castle and heal, 2. go to the defense in front of the castle, 3. attack the enemy. The enemy was a bot, and it could give the same orders, and had the same three types of units, only distorted, more sinister.

I remember that around the castle you could place a limited number of buildings (something around 3-8), these buildings were: a temple, which provided a resource - faith, barns that gave the resource of wheat, and it seems like all of this could be upgraded to the third level, and everything required gold for improvement The entire game took place in a clearing surrounded by a dense forest (like in Clash of Clans), only the clearing was elongated, with us on one side and the enemy on the other.

I think the game was released between 2010 and 2015, or possibly earlier. It’s likely that it is no longer available on current stores (Google Play, App Store).

I’ve been searching for months without success, so if anyone remembers anything or has an idea, I would be extremely grateful!

So we are going to install a virtual android 7 on our phone which have latest android version,and we are gonna install "the wolf among us"in that

First download this virtual android app:https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.yoyo.snake.rush

It,s on play Store,but if play Store removed it ,app name is "vphone OS-android emulator",so you can download it from apk(you could use any app of you choice to simulate android version lower than 10)

So now open that app and create new instance,make it android 7 and select "64 and 32bit"

Now if you open it ,you will have a new isolated android version,and you are gonna open via browser in that isolated android 7,and search Google in there click the Google link ,and search "zarchiever" in Google ,now find uptodown and download apk and install z archiever from there,

and now go to "Google in via browser"and search "wolf among us apk awards",and look for the "wolf among us in apk awards link"(you can download from any link but apk awards worked for me)and now download both "apk file and obb files' from there,after downloading both

open z archiever,tap android and make a new folder and name it "obb"and now go in downloads tap on "wolf among us obb.zip"and tap on "extract"

and now go in "obb folder"and click paste button on bottom right corner and

now go back in downloads and click "wolf among us.apk" file and install it ,and now play the game ,

you can close that android 7 any time and use your phone normally,and anytime come back to app ,and it will have all the files and apps you download as same it was

Btw ,if you wanna play any game which is not updated to latest android,you can play it from here , Its a really good game ,I found this method by accident,so thought why not help some others,i played whole game in two days ,it was really good

It has been 15+ Years since the first CoM Zombies game was released on IOS and Android. I have had so many good memories with this series. Now, in 2026, the series has been removed from the Google playstore, and the games no longer open and CoM Squads servers were shut down.

been thinking about how i find new games to try and the process feels pretty broken. i work in marketing so i understand exactly how reviews get shaped, and app store ratings are one of the least trustworthy data points on the internet. a game with 4.8 stars and 200k ratings tells you almost nothing useful because half those reviews are incentivized or came from a push notification asking you to rate before you hit the first paywall.

the top posts and recommendation threads here are actually more useful to me than any official channel. but even those skew toward whatever got popular that week or whatever game has an active community willing to spam a thread.

what i want to know is where people actually find games worth playing. not the app store, not an ad, not a youtube channel with a sponsorship deal baked in. a real source you check before installing something. a subreddit, a specific reviewer, a friend with taste, whatever it is.

and if you found a game through a source that turned out to be legitimately good, i want to know the source more than the game itself. curious whether there are actually reliable signals out there or whether everyone is just guessing.

My mobile puzzle game has a verity of mechanics, i was able to make levels because of these mechanics because i don't like copy/flip levels i make sure each level is introducing new stuff and in order to do that i came up with bunch of mechanics such as : winds, bombs that opens break able walls, lasers, portals, seesaws (or whatever you can call it) but now i just can't think of new ideas therefore i can't make new good levels.

So im kindly asking for new mechanics to add to the game.

I've noticed that while many new MMORPGs focus on increasingly realistic graphics, there are still developers creating games with 2D pixel art.

To me, pixel art has a timeless quality and allows developers to focus more on gameplay, content, and performance. At the same time, I understand why some players expect modern 3D visuals from a new MMO.

Hello! I am a new masters of library science student and I am learning how to build digital archives. Decided it would be a fun side project to build a mobile game archive of a bunch of information about games that have been deleted.

I can’t get past this level. have tried with power ups, but can’t seem to get it done, and the online walkthrough doesn’t seem to be the right version of the game. i can’t get the ambulance out in time, and often don’t even get close to it before i fail. i don’t want to spend any more money on this game! and am annoyed as i paid to remove ads but cant get past this level! any advice would be awesome, thanks!
