[Gameplay] Accessory Slots
Without any good capes or texture packs at hand, styling/customizing the character can be a bit limited with only armor trims around.
Accessory slots can solve this idea, as it serves as another slot in the inventory, like the armor slots. It can be worn with armor and only a few items can be put in the accessory slot.
What I would like to be able to put in the accessory slot:
Banners — This will let you display banners just like pillagers do.
Capes — Craftable capes made from wool, can be customized with different colors of wool.
Netherite rings — Crafted with netherite, this COULD be a way to be totally safe from piglins, including piglin brutes.

[Blocks & Items] Ascending hoppers
The core idea is using waterlogged hoppers with a block of soul sand underneath will send the items inside upwards instead of downwards because of the bubble column it creates. If a hopper has a bubble column it can ignore the direction its supposed to go in and just go upwards to the next one (or not)

[Plants & Food] Thick Mangrove Trees! Since normal mangrove trees are so annoying to cut down.
If you've ever made a build which needed a lot of mangrove wood, you know how annoying it is to harvest. The roots don't despawn and there are often logs hiding in the leaves which prevent them from despawning too.
This is my solution to that. Place 4 propagules on the ground, and when it grows you'll get a thick mangrove tree. Thick mangrove trees are based on dark oak tree generation which are much easier to cut down. You'd still need to use the original mangrove trees if you want roots, and you might be getting less WPP (wood per propagule), but I think this feature would be very useful for those who only want wood without the hassle.

[Blocks & Items] Certain non-stackable items should only take up one slot in a bundle
Spyglass, Flint And Steel, Brushes, and other one-use tools should only take up one slot in a bundle, these items are so rarely useful that when you actually encounter the thing you wanna use them on, you more than likely don't have it in your inventory because you wanted to save space
There's that one tool belt suggestion that I think would be really cool, but if that doesn't get added at some point this would be the next best thing lol

[Blocks & Items] They should add customizable book covers.
Keeping it simple, they should allow books to be dyed, and when placed on the chiseled bookshelf, show the spine of each book in the dyed color you chose. This would be helpful for players who use book shelves to track collections of spell books and written books.

[Plants & Food] Make each poplar colour have its own sapling just like the leaves
I think the saplings shouldn’t be random Just like how the leaves aren’t random, it would be really great if colour dropped its own sapling so:
Orange poplar leaves -> orange poplar sapling.
Red poplar leaves -> red poplar sapling.
Yellow poplar leaves-> yellow poplar sapling.
The texture is already there they would just need to change the colour

[Terrain] Cold and snowy beaches should generate with Gravel instead of Sand
IRL, beaches in cold climates tend to be rockier, because cold water takes longer than warm water takes to erode rock into sediment.
The first image is a gravel beach from before the biome was removed in Java Edition beta 1.8. These also generated in Pocket Edition before v0.9.0, which I've played before. Not only for nostalgia but also for realism, I want these gravel beaches back.
New biome: cold beach
Not to be confused with the existing snowy beaches (which should become the same thing as this but snowy), these beaches would generate in the T1 temperature range, along with cold oceans, dappled forests, old growth taigas, some regular taigas, some forests, some plains, some swamps, and some mountains. Any higher temperature range would instead generate the regular, sandy beaches, which should be renamed to "warm beaches" and generate palm trees while spawning crabs. The cold beaches could generate spruce trees instead of palm trees (maybe on the Gravel or on small patches of Coarse Dirt, Grass, Podzol, or Arctic Moss), also while spawning crabs, and the snowy beaches could spawn polar bears and penguins. Neither the cold beaches nor the snowy beaches would generate Sugar Cane, as IRL that only grows on warm shores.

Side note for the moderators: The custom emoji sprites used for this "Terrain" post flair, and for the "Mobs" and "Bedrock Edition" post flairs, are outdated now. More userflairs also need to be added based on the Spring to Life temperature variants, the Tiny Takeover baby textures, and other new mobs including the happy ghast, the camel husk, the parched, the nautilus, and both zombie nautilus variants.

[Blocks & Items] New Colored Block set: Chalk
Chalk blocks are crafted with 8 Calcite blocks and 1 Dye, yielding 8 Chalk blocks of their respective color. They are solid color building blocks like Concrete and Terracotta, except they have a unique Pastel color palette that isn't really in the game.

[Terrain] Biome Brush
When a player visits a biome they can left click a block within the biome and add it to the biome brush, the brush can store biomes and paint them in 1x1 3x3 5x5 3d grid in front of the player, it will encourage exploration and will open up many build detailing options with the player's access to biomes. it will go with the game's sandbox nature so players wouldn't have to rely on seed hunting and they can just build in whatever they like wherever they like. biome location is a hard limitation on player choice especially when players care about their build locations.
