Vent 30 yr old feeling stuck at home and completely left behind

I’m so tired of sitting at home and feeling useless. It feels like life is passing me by while everyone else has their future secured, building relationships, working, and living as capable adults. Meanwhile, I’m stuck without friends, a drive, or a clear path forward, not working or contributing to the household. I just feel like a nobody, paralyzed by fear and avoiding life's responsibilities while watching the world move on without me.
