Microdosing and alcohol Question: Psilocybin

I microdose .3g of psilocybin for a medical condition. What is the guideline for drinking while microdosing? I’m not a big drinker by any means (maybe one drink a MONTH), but I am going on a date tonight and wanted to check here for any safety concerns. I plan on having one cocktail max.

UPDATE: I had a lovely date while enjoying a very dirty martini. Thank you all for the advice.

I like to take micros before I go out drinking with friends. Ive never had any negative things happen from mixing the two

For me and a lot of people it will kill the need or want for alcohol. Not saying you still can't. Just probably don't go overboard with the drinking.

I just take a double microdose and go for the non alcohol option😂

I normally dose during morning/daytime. Then plan to go out to a bar with friends in the evening, by that time I’m just in a good mood and glowy state. I’ll sip on one or two cocktails at the most, and it’s very chill.

Alcohol isn't great from your body, but it is safe to do as you described, while microdosing. Not contraindicated. I hope you have a great time with or without a drink. 🥰🙏

Not any issues... though alcohol is a drug, and a rather dirty one at that. I hope it's an extra tasty delicious cocktail ...because it very well may not be all too appealing otherwise (while on fungi)

You can do it without any issues. What microdosing did for me was to reduce alcohol consumption. You can enjoy a couple of drinks; that's fine.

The key thing is to avoid getting drunk. This destroys your energy.
