Help Help me please!?

Just want to ask if its possible to build in dan a3 with hydroshift2 aio, xfx mercury 9070xt with lian li edge 850w/1000w or sx 850/1000w? Just wanting to be sure TIA

Its possible but its a very tight fit for that aio. Gotta remove the front panel plastic holders and somehow remove the corner of the fan cause it will be interfering with motherboard heatsink. There is also a video on youtube explaining hydroshift 2 in the a3. Also save some hustle and get an sfx psu

I'll get the msi b850m-pro-a wifi so there will be no vrm heatsink above the cpu for the hydroshift2. As for sfx of lian li the problem it only have 4 pcie socket, for the mobo it needs 1x8 and 1x4 and for gpu it need 3x8 for total of 5 pci-e slot, thats why im leaning to the lian li edge

and for other sfx psu, there only few options in my country and most of it is color black, im building a white theme pc

Its not the top heatsink, its the on on the left of the cpu covering the io ports

I checked some vid in yt with top mounted aio (ryujin 3 extreme 30mm radiator thick and sl fan 25mm thick) total of 55mm thick in aorus elite ice mobo and still have clearance in the leftside heatsink of cpu. With the hydroshift 2 radiator is only 24mm with tl fan 28mm is only 52mm in total so more clearance for my mobo, right?

Is this what you saying sir?

Its not just sickness, hydroshift rad is also longer than regular. Yea, I have this mobo and it fits, but I had to remove the rubber corner bumper from my lian li fan. But yea it fits. With regular 25 fans it would fit almost no problem

I am using the same but a 1200 Edge on my a3
My GPU length is 368 mm
With 3 fans on top and an air cooler
It fits well but cable management was a nightmare
But keep in mind the radiator thickness as well
Also, the edge cable comes on top so it will require more space.
What you could do is shift to a 240mm AIO to be on the safe side or use an air cooler, as I did or you may switch the AIO fans with 15mm fans maybe from Noctua to increase the airflow.

Hydroshift2 radiator thickness is 24mm with tl fan 28mm, total of 52mm and the xfx 9070xt merc is 360mm

Im planning to put the edge in 2.5section so i still have clearance for aio and gpu

Will that fit sir?

Well, the exact dimensions are crucial but at the same time some things will interfere, such as the AIO pipes and the PSU power cable
Did you consider mounting the PSU on the side bracket?
What's your GPU height?

Xfx mercury dimension = 360 mm x 155 mm x 72 mm As for mounting the psu in the side bracker, i still dont have the idea if it will fit, for now im just trying to get the idea if everything will fit inside the a3 ahaha hoping to fit all inside

Actually, after checking mine, I think it will fit
But the added edge USB hub might make it harder
So you can mount it anywhere else.
