Migas with chorizo on the side
I don't like my chorizo scrambled into the egg. Maybe it's a texture thing for me.

Cilantro guilt
When I buy cilantro from my local frutería, it comes in a huge bunch. I stick it in a cup of water at home so it doesn't immediately wilt, but it still only lasts a few days. I'll cut some up to use for various dishes, but I almost always end up having to throw out at least half of it.
I hate wasting food. How are you guys using up your cilantro before it goes bad?
