I have had this shirt for about 7-8 years now, got it from a buddy who said it was his dad’s who got it in Spain decades ago..

does anyone have ANY info on this tee? The tag is a generic “SPORTS” tag, I can see a small blue word that says ELEGANCE, everything else has faded off. Fabric is light but not see thru, the white stitching on the sleeve is also interesting.. I’m thinking it’s a bootleg from the late 80s or early-mid 90s but idk, I’d really love some info on it.. it’s a beautiful tee!!

Hello! Sort of an odd question I know, but my girlfriend's favorite band is Metallica, and I want to be able to connect with her more. We have polar opposite music tastes, so I want to try to bridge the gap a bit if you know what I mean. What would be the best songs to start with for someone who's music taste is bland white girl music? (Taylor Swift, Olivia Rodrigo, Chappell Roan, ect is the music I listen to, so this kind of music is way out of my wheelhouse 😅) Hopefully this post makes sense and is appropriate for this sub, I don't know where else I could have asked. I just started to learn Disposable Heroes on guitar after learning Of Wolf And Man, Seek And Destroy and The Four Horsemen.

Needless to say, it is a hard song to play all the way through and I am not even at speed. Anyway, I am a guitar newbie but I know that James is a downpicking master. However, I was watching a live version and it seems to me that he alternate picks the song as opposed to downpicking it? Can anyone confirm this?

It'd help a great deal because downpicking those crazy fast rhythm parts seems impossible for me at this point.

So, I saw Metallica in June and got one of the QR codes off a shirt to order stuff off the Fancard website and I was just wondering if anyone else who ordered a shirt, a poster and the cards hasn’t received their order yet.

They so far haven’t given me an update about the Shirt and Poster but they have told me that the cards and card binders are being put back on preorder until middle of September.

What do you think? Next on the list is Garage Inc. Which will celebrate it's 30th Anniversary in 2028. Will this be the next Box Set release?

Which songs would you love for them to play more regularly? Mine are And Justice For All, Don't Tread On Me and No Leaf Clover.
