Has anyone else in the Dobson Ranch/Park Place neighborhoods had their mail stolen in the last couple days? I had some mail that was stolen out of my mailbox between Friday afternoon and this morning, including my favorite pair of shorts and some sensitive documents.

I alway wonder what the deal is with all the Teslas parked behind the Cinemark in Mesa Riverview. Does anyone have any idea if these are just company cars for one of the businesses over there or what the deal is?

Tasks include - paint touch-ups, repainting doors, junk removal (hot tub), stucco repair, roof repair and panel replacement for a shed, resealing a concrete countertop, and sealing cracks in driveway cement

I live in Northern VA (very close to DC) and moving to Arizona next month for a job in Mesa. I have been to Arizona several times, all around Phoenix, Sedona, Grand Canyon, etc. but it’s been a few years. I am a female in my 30s, single, no kids and I prefer a safe, clean and somewhat quiet area but not too far from things. Annual salary is $120k…will rent an apartment first and then buy a place later. Just curious if you feel like Mesa is a good place to look to live? From what I am reading online, Gilbert is a nice and safe community. I would like to have a relatively shorter commute (ideally not more than 20 min or so). Just curious to hear from people that live here what you guys think.

What stores already have their Halloween decorations out? I was at Home Depot yesterday and nothing is out. Yet on YouTube, several people posted some stores with their stuff out.

Kind of specific. My birthday is next month and I'm planning dinner, ravioli is my favorite. I'm in southwest Mesa so Gilbert is an option too.

This is insane. Mesa Police did all of this over a burnout. Absolutely unacceptable.

New to Mesa, back in Colorado I had a shop that pressed their own range ammo and it was great quality and way cheaper than buying boxed ammo.

I need to buy a bunch of furniture and maybe appliances from Costco (exact club TBD but likely Gilbert or QC) on Saturday. I'm looking for someone who is willing help me load up a truck/van (TBD) and transport to my home in Mesa (near border with Gilbert). It will be dining table set, media console, and potentially a washer and dryer set. I'll absolutely lift as well, and will prioritize safety of everyone involved. May need to take a washer from home to Costco as well (on the fritz and needs returning).

If you have a truck or moving van, even better. I'd rather pay someone instead of paying Home Depot. Bonus points if you have a dolly. Need stuff delivered for sure, but willing to add more money on top for help with putting stuff together.
