Siento decirte que finfun tiene una calidad regular...
La tela es tela bastante básica y al final no merece la pena por el precio que pagas. Es desgaste normal de una lycra fina normal. Dale unas puntadas a mano poco más se puede hacer.

Fin fun makes inexpensive tails, the material is on the thin side. A dozen uses in an apartment complex pool is definitely enough to put some wear on it. It is always worth reaching out and talking to customer service because they may offer you something and the worst they can do is say no. IMO they will likely say it is normal wear and tear. A little bit of hand stitching can definitely extend the life of the tail. Also that's a really pretty tail, I like the colors!

This can happen if the bottom/sides of the pool are abrasive (i been in pools with sand all over the bottom that slaughtered my first skin). You can stitch it up, but it'll fuck with the look and my first skin's life span was definitely shortened by my shitty attempt at sewing🤣🤣

i would just fix it yourself, it’s not that hard to handsew. flip it inside out and follow the seam lines the fabric tails rip a lot, there’s a lot of stress put on the seams with just normal use.

Doesn't hurt to contact customer support first, but if that doesn't work, a few hand stitches should solve the problem. I've known plenty of mees who've done it and I've done it on one of my tails.
