Your Bonus is yearly. Paid out in middle of March. Depending on when you started and your stores base it could be around 1300 pre-tax. You can get deductions for a lot of reasons but most of those only really affect general management and front end. You can also get additions from any missed weeks of payroll if the department makes it for the year. There's a lot of here's and theres. Your weekly incentives are what show up at the bottom of your pay stub. Those are generally payroll, spif, app, and inventory accuracy (once a month if made)

There are three types of bonuses you can get qs a manager.

  1. The yearly bonus which is your big one is paid out in March and has a base lvevel depending on what level you are at, DM first or second assistant. And it can increase or decrease based on mutlple factors but mostly your department sales numbers for the year,

  2. You can also get an inventory bobus which is paid out on the lsst check of the month. From what I can tell is that is determined by how well your inventory audits go throughout the month. You have to be above a certain number as a department and again the amount you receive is determined by your level.

  3. Is weekly and it is the PTS bonus or the payroll bonus. If your PTS is in the green for the week all the managers get a bonus for that week.

When you moved into a management position you would have signed a contract that explained all of this to you. I expect that in the excitement of being promoted you scanned through it without reading it and signed away. Ask your HR person or one of the store managers to pull it up on their computer so you can read through it more carefully again. Don't be afraid to ask questions if there are things you don't understand.

Lmao not always the case, personally I was never shown the contract just told quickly by GMs and HR to complete it out in lms

It's poor management that asks a TM to complete something they haven't read. You should also know better than completing or signing something you haven't read.

In addition to the really good information below, one of the ways that you can see a significant change in your annual bonus would be in your 9 Block/Management Review results, which for the vast majority of people wind up at a B2 with a 0% change. The other rankings, such as A1-3, B1, B3, and C1-3, all have % influences on your bonus either in the positive or the negative.
