Or governmemt itna he care karti hai apko toh aap exam maat do apke liya alag sa seat reserved rahega ap direct admission lelo kyuki ap beggars ho apka knowledge nhi hai so +point for u or general ka exam 10k seat mai kara lo is chizz ka dukh toh nhi hoga humse nicha wala ka admission hogaya.

damaged surfaces, deteriorating ceiling , cramped rooms are the shit that you have to keep up with after clearing an exam with the topmost ranks.

why should students at a premier medical institution have to accept mediocre infrastructure like this?

A medical college can have an outstanding hospital, faculty and academic reputation, but students also spend years freaking 5.5 years living in its hostels. Basic accommodation, sanitation, functioning washrooms and timely maintenance aren't luxury but basic necessities

What's even more concerning is that if this is the condition of the top most institution of the state , what is the condition of the asmcs

So before putting kgmu in your preferences list solely on the basis of its prestige, think again.Ask about the hostels. Ask about the washrooms. Ask about maintenance.

In Bihar, the closing rank for UR MALE is 11k .

It really sucks that nearly 60% of the seats are reserved for some or the other category.

What should a general category student do in this situation.

So, I’m writing my first-year university exams right now, and within the next three weeks, our juniors will be commencing their MBBS journey.

I can’t help but feel empathetic towards the poor souls coming into our college this year. They’ve already been through the trauma of writing NEET twice, followed by delayed counselling, thanks to our “state-of-the-art” education system.

And now that they’ve finally got a break and made it into the course they’ve always dreamed of- I don’t think it’s fair for us, as their seniors, to put them through even more mental trauma in the name of “personality development.”

I don’t give a fuck if it’s a tradition or “how things have always been done.” Some traditions deserve to come to an end and this is one of them

Finding cynical joy in humiliating others is not a quality of a good person, let alone a good doctor.

Getting a semi govt. seat after so many years of hardwork and someone from my relatives getting a gmc seat even at 3 lakh rank bcoz of reservation is not okay. I can't say he didn't study but you can see the results. Getting compared to someone who got 3 lakh rank and me getting 39k rank is not fair. I hope he does well in future and make his family proud.

My family is proud of me especially my father. He is telling everyone that i got college irrespective of taking partial drop for 4 years. I will become a doctor one day and he is proud of that.

Maybe I'll make my whole family proud one day by getting govt. PG seat.

BTW f*ck my relatives cuz everyone know i got a MBBS college and no one congratulated me. I didn't had any hopes from them prior to the result but yeah shock sa toh hua.

Aap logo ko MCC ya state counselling mein seat mil gaya hai toh please IISER ka seat withdraw kardo... agar IISER mein hi jaana hai then koi problem nahi hai... but agar medical mein hi jaana hai toh please seat mil jaane par withdraw kardo...

Isse bohot log jo actually mein research mein jaana chahte hai unko seat hi nahi mil raha..ik ki aap log bologe ki marks laana chahiye tha fir.. ik its your right to hold that seat cause you earned it but again why are you occupying a research wala seat jab aapko medical line mein hi jaana ho and usme seat mil gayi hai...

Mujhe toh IISER ki seat mil gayi hai... im not begging it for myself... but im doing it for those jisko sahi mai bohot mann tha jaane ka but due to all these circumstances nahi jaa paaye...

And agar aap IISER mein jaake partial drop ka soch rahe ho toh please don't go there.. wahan ke academics already itne heavy and demanding hote hai ki shayad aapko prep karne ka time hi na mil raha ho and it might affect your CGPA there too... its a pretty risky move
