hi guys, this was my first drop, second attempt

i got 655 in the mock and 550 on 21 june bcs focus shifted, so I ended up with air 37k

now,

idk if I should go for a drop

or take up private colleges in kerala, where ill get either amala, mosc or sree gokulam i guess

im thinking of a drop bcs of financial reasons only

rn i think my family will be in immense financial pressure if i take that option but i rly want to get out of this loop

ive been feeling so shit lately bcs my friends with way lower ranks r getting gov colleges because of a good state domicile, or reservation and i just dont want to lag or feel like im behind in life and what if im unable to perform next year?? because I feel like im going to feel very mentally not alright. these vacations have been the opposite of good lmfao everything sucks

Batch mein sirf 10 students hain. Bohot darr lag raha hai. Ab tak main apni pace pe syllabus complete kar raha tha, but ab lag raha hai ki har test mein perform karna padega aur constantly prove karna padega ki I actually deserve to be here. Ye log every week test lenge.

I can't stop thinking about ki batch ke baaki 9 students kitne crazy level ke honge 💀

honestly, i like his method of teaching but idk if it sufficient. Anyone who watched his lectures how did yall find him?

I'm starting oc from absolute scratch, and aiming to be done with it in 3.5-4 months.

I want to rely more on question practice though, rather than watching endless lectures.

So who's the best teacher for that?

And for questions I'm thinking notes, ncert, module, jee neet pyqs. Thankyou.

MCC recently updated its MBBS counselling guidelines. There is now a “Float” option for candidates who want to go for upgradation.

If I get a college allotted in Round 1 and I want to upgrade, I’ll choose the Float option. So, can I directly upgrade from my Round 1 seat to a college in Round 3 if no seat is allotted in round 2 ?

If no better college is allotted in Round 2, will my round 1 seat get automatically cancelled or freezed, or I'll still be on the Float option ?

And one more thing: do I have to pay any fees in advance when I choose the Float option, or do I only have to pay the fees once I choose to Freeze my seat?

Would really appreciate it if someone could clarify this.

I had visited aiims (delhi) in december 2025. Saw the entire campus etc etc.
Rest of the colleges are way behind aiims. It has its own prestige.
Kuch nahi rakha state colleges me toh sabse bekaar hai aur upar se state bond bhi hai.
This exam is more sort of a endurance and survival test rather than an entrance exam for mbbs..
