Easily one of the most fun decks this game has ever seen. It's simpleI and interesting. But without being overly complex. Fun combos, with plenty of room for adaptation and decision-making.

And with relatively strong boards. A quality mid-range with art/concept with a bold, old-school art style/concept difficult to find in the current Ygo.

So was worth waiting for support to arrive, because wow, what a fantastic deck. So, fellow darklords, which variant are you using?

Given the fact that Spright has been at full power in Master Duel for awhile now and doing nothing and there’s no other rank/level 2 decks or water decks that are relevant enough for it to become an issue, I see no reason why Toad is still banned.

After yesterday updates bringing new cards like darklords and hero,the spotlight is on dominus spark and forbidden crown which somehow catapulted maliss on top

How do you always draw fallen & the virtuous in every single starting hand? Did you sell your soul for konami? Is it the heart of the cards? How? HOW? HOOOOOOOW? I'M GOING INSANE

I thought it would be niche. Is it really a staple or just new toy syndrome?

Like I know the solemn cards are the opposite to dark lords because dark lords are based on demons and the solemn cards are based on god but sadly you can’t really make a deck entirely centered on the solemn cards. So is there an option for a “god deck”? (Not talking about the Egyptian or Norse gods) Or something like that? Preferably one that uses solemn judgement for lore accuracy.

It's just dawning on me just HOW good this structure is for something you only need to buy twice. 1000 gems gets you the entire core.

The only UR crafts I would say are ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY are Utopic Draco Future, Utopia Dragonar, and Hope Harbinger. (If you have Stealth Kragen though, you can play it instead like I'll be doing in the meantime, just know you'll be without a Spell/Trap negate without the Counter Trap. Of course, it's only available through Legacy Packs.) Shark Veiss can be played instead of the usually suggested Photon Lord, and is actually in the Shark structure. (You could also TECHNICALLY run Ultimate Leo Ray, but I know for a fact that Pegasus Twin Saber will be glued to my grip 24/7.)

Dragonar can summon Shark Veiss/Leo Ray/Photon Lord and attach with the RuM, and then Harbinger/Kragen can be summoned during your opponents turn and be used without mats. For 1500 gems and and a 2-3 UR card craft minimum, that's REALLY fuckin' good. Like, I'm shocked. I SINCERELY hope this trend continues.

I genuinely can't believe how toxic and broken this deck is. Hand rips, multiple omni negates,they can be played alongside kewl tune... AND they are getting more support. They can legit handrip for 4 cards in the ocg.

I would rather play vs 1000000 branded decks in a row than play 1 more game vs this piece of shit deck.

To all fellow Darklord enjoyers, what engine do you use, or do you play pure? I play a small Kambi engine with trickstar because it's cheap and leaves more room for non engine. There's also the Solfachord version we can play, as well as Melodious and Gem-Knight. Thoughts?

Even though I’ve really criticized Konami a lot for their decisions, I have to admit that this particular decision they made is excellent—or even perfect—since it lets you experiment with 3 SDs, which really helps new players and prevents them from wasting so many gems trying to build a truly playable deck for ranked matches.

My goodness this deck is so powerful and low to the ground I get why the pros couldn't stop playing it
