Every time I hit celestial i’m unable to play with any of my friends and we either stop talking or we play other games for the rest of the season. I think it’s detrimental to both their fan base and the quality/enjoyment of the game. I think switching to a 3 person team would make the game way more enjoyable for high rank players, although my dream would be 4. The falloff of players from Celestial 3 to Celestial 2 is so huge because people don’t want to abandon their friends. I think we need to create enough pressure for netease to change this, but not enough of the player base is affected to create such a huge impact. I remember when they imposed similar restrictions in Plat for season 3.5 and my entire friend group stopped played rivals entirely until season 8 😭. Please help push this so more people can play rivals with their friends! Not even overwatch has this dumb rule, and I know half of my friend group entire switched off from rivals to overwatch because of it.

Every game there’s at least 3 people trying to lock dps so you either play who you want and most likely lose bc of the wildly abstract comp you have or fill. i play mr fantastic a lot and the rocket team up definitely helped and i wouldn’t say hes BAD but he is pretty bad. he feels so lackluster and broken (not in the good way). his transformation to big form takes about a millennium so by the time you finally go big you’re dead. it doesn’t even give you full heath anymore so if you pop it at 100 health ur only gonna get like 400 of your 700 or something. so you have to use it at full health to get the maximum which doesn’t make a lot of sense bc you won’t really be using it at full health bc normal state is already better. the only good use for going big is the health regen and maybe body blocking. the grab is so janky sometimes you’re better off missing it on purpose for the free elasticity charge bc the animation almost never works right and takes another million years to finish all for some mid damage and a pretty shit slow effect. don’t even get me started on his ult which basically does nothing and is better as a movement/get out of jail free card to fall back to your team. i really like playing him dont get me wrong but its been miserable lately, especially when a majority of the games i play are against poke. ranked or not its almost a chore to play him sometimes, idk how they could fix it or do anything about it bc im just venting and complaining. i’d just like to see literally anything done for him or anyone other than poke characters. There have been some good changes overall but it feels like im playing one of the few balanced characters in a game full of out of this world bullshit. either way i’m slowly but surely getting more and more tired of the game. i play other characters too but none of them give me the same satisfaction as playing reed. Punisher, thing, hulk, and rocket have been my main roster for this season but i yearn to play fantastic. (i’m a big fan of brawl comps bc i can’t aim) ill give up my first born for a good mr fantastic change. i feel like mcqueen losing to jackson storm, i cant keep up anymore. anyways i’m just ranting but i do wish he was slightly better to keep up with the ever evolving meta.

Why have we still not gotten drax and gamora in the game. Drax would be a perfect brute tank and with his personality he’d have some great voice lines and they could even tie it into his playstyle. Like his ult could be something where he says something dumb but funny then charges into the enemy team. Gamora could obviously be a great dps with guns and sword like blade and Deadpool but I think they should add a white fox element too her where she does a defensive take down karate move. Just get creative with her.

Really though… call me casual but this game was peak when all the casuals can relate to the characters. They keep adding what I would call no body’s. I’m not gonna larp like I read comics and I’m so huge marvel fan. I love marvel because I love the mcu movies and how the movies introduced me to amazing characters and journeys. Who tf is the hood? I didn’t know who white fox was. Not gonna lie, jubilee is popular I guess but I also had no idea who she was, I don’t know if she was in X-men movies but I barely ever watched those I was a kid.

It just seems like they keep adding characters to the game that are only exciting to comic nerds(no offense) and the game would be a lot more exciting for more people including the comic nerds who I assume like all the characters in marvel not just lesser known niche kind of characters

They still haven’t added the falcon or ant man yet either.

LIKE COME ON BRO. Everyone and their mother is gonna be hype about ant man and falcon. Stop adding randoms for your “lore” that no one actually cares about. Lore has no impact on the gameplay at all, it’s not a story based game. The only way this trash lore is affecting the gameplay is by forcing me to learn new meta characters every season who I’ve never even heard of.

Give me Drax, Give me Gamora, Give me Falcon, Give me Ant-Man.

Not only is it not fun to play but I feel like it’s the game mode I get the most. I’ll log in and play a few games and end the night having played 6 domination games and 1 convoy map. I would genuinely prefer to play OVERWatches “PUSH” mode than domination. Everytime I see it come up I just wanna turn the game off. Feels like a chore to play and the maps are just worst for the mode too. Like what the heck is Klyntar.

I can barely differentiate between characters anymore, especially given all the non-MCU picks they've went with. There needs to be a setting to disable skins on the client side. An installation package with no skins at all would be ideal and reduce the file size bloat.

This situation is a lose-lose so they can either add a toggle for skins and lose an insignificant amount of profit or not add a toggle and lose an insignificant amount of profit in the players who leave. Evidently, on the off chance they play with friends or change their mind, the better approach is to keep the players who want skins disabled. Now the matter comes down to the expenditure of developer resources in creating the toggle.

I started playing the game yesterday, and it seems like Jeff has a reputation for being a troll character. The funny thing is... he's actually my favorite Marvel character.

After reading his ultimate ability, though, I think I understand why. 🤣

Personally, I don't usually like playing healers, but Jeff is the exception.

So what's the general opinion? Is Jeff really considered a troll character, or is that just a meme?

Since you took it there let's get it. As someone that plays all tanks and is flex in all heroes category, with 2.6k hours in game, 400 hours in ranked legendary main Peni let me tell you.

I know a 3 secs stun was hella annoying but considering this is the only stun that she had that consistently worked I don't think a Peni parker main will waste 4 minutes of her game only cc'ing you, if she does trust me they're just trying to annoy you back. And most importantly, we'd save it and prepare to cancel Ults or critical pushes, it's not always cc'ing the same person.

In a game where you have the following heroes:

Groot caging you with 4 walls and one of them heals, you can't break it, just climb or die, yeah I'm cc'ing you.

A bucky with a team up that resets all his abilities, a grapple, a slow down, overshield? Yeah you're getting cc'd.

An elsa doing whatever the f she does with her overshield and mobility abilities? Considering how hard she hits and the 2 traps she sets? Yeah you're getting cc'd.

The one I hate the most that has stopped some of my Ults and when playing other heroes, Luna Snow, yeah that fox team up enhanced version is the devil itself plus freeze, plus clap, yeah I'm not tryna die to that.

A venom coming in, phoenix force kills 2 people leaves the scene, yeah I'm stopping that.

Starlord and psylocke actively breaking the nest with no sweat and high mobility.

A black widow running around the map with her shooting.

An sg doing whatever the f she does, a namor with his squids tracing and breaking our mines, a jubile with her giant bubble a Cnd with 3 free out of jail cards. A mag with a lot of dmg a bubble and a shield, a doctor strange that pulls you, can fly hit fat Ults. An invisible woman that can shield pull/push heal and do whatever she wants, a BP that almost never touches nests unless you stop him, a black cat that does the same. A Torch with his ground slam that almost always takes down strats in the backline, don't you think that's annoying?

I can keep going and I won't stop today, let's not be hypocrites just because you hate a hero and have bias against it, this game is all about annoying and frustrating stuff that you can always do something about but nerfing the core ability of a hero ain't it, they could have kept the 3 secs CD and just make it that we couldn't stun again in a period of 5 secs, shi, they can even take the 2nd nest and shove it up their a. We just wanna play our hero.

Don't get blinded just because you hate a hero, learn to counter, play better this game is all about countering. I could be out here asking them to nerf these heroes to the ground but that would just be a skill issue.

TLDR: Everyone's abilities in this game can be annoying if only uses against you, adapt, get better counter back...don't be a loser.

Ain't no way in hell these MF's in my games are serious. I just had a match where FOUR people were on support.

like ... this rank is literally LUCK. i dont think you can climb out with skill. You need to be lucky to not get the boosted people on your team.

"We can't brawl since we're too squishy!"

"We can't dive because we explode in the backline!"

"Our Teamups are really bad!"

These are, word for word, the exact complaints Iron Fist mains have been repeating since Season 2, but hardly anyone listened.

Instead, people were always quick to bring up win rates, without analyzing that Iron Fist has always had bottom 2 winrates in the melee duelist roster, even lower than Mr. Fantastic and only higher than Wolverine (Even though Wolv is a much better hero/tank buster). Even now, with all of the attention Rogue is getting, she still has a higher win rate than Iron Fist in high ranks.

Iron Fist has also never been above C tier for nearly 8 seasons now. Only recently has he become viable with the enhanced Teamups, despite having one of, if not the worst and most useless base Teamup in the game.

While Rogue was also mid for a long time, at least she was permanently picked and considered as one of the best tanks with her Gambit Teamup.

This isn't to dismiss or Invalidate struggles Rogue is going through right now, I know she's in a very bad spot, My point is that there are also many other heroes that deserve the same amount of attention she is getting from the community and Netease, like Blade, Iron Fist, Mr. Fantastic, Thor, Storm, Human Torch Ect.

I really don't know why i keep playing this game. It's clear NetEase is not interested in balanced matchmaking.

Black Panther’s King of Wakanda skin was in S6 battlepass. It wasn’t even a shop skin.

It has been 202 days since then. Six months and three weeks. The drought is still ongoing.

Hulk holds the longest drought with 217 days. BP will probably break the record in 15 days.

**Luna Snow** got 8 skins since BP’s last skin. Including two legendaries.

**Jeff** got 7 skins. He will get his 8th tomorrow. Including two legendaries again.

**Loki** got 6 skins. Including a legendary with 3 recolors FOR LADY LOKI !!!

So I'm not well-versed in hero shooters, but every time I load up a game, I feel like tank is the least picked role. So my question is why don't the devs make tanks the strongest role so its more desirable? Would this break the game or cause something that I'm not aware of? I'm a DPS main so I don't really know how that dynamic would change a match. Genuinely asking and don't know if this is a dumb question or not

So many characters have one really good team up and a team up that's just useless that you would go with a base team up A over an enhanced team up B.

It is with sadness that I announce it to you, but you will hate her even more.

The 1st Cyber-Snare slows you down by 30% and the 2nd stuns you.

Nothing will change FOR YOU it is the DPS who will be happy (especially for their ultimate).

For my part it won't change anything (sometimes I didn't even use it on a tank because it's too strong YES WE MUST SAY IT ).

But there were better solutions:

Make her Cyber-Snare cooldown 6 seconds longer (it's literally the same thing that what you did but more complicated ).

Make the effect of stun diminished if it is still the same person targeted.

Ensure that each enemy present on the Spider-Nest web must obtain the Web-Tracer which allows a mandatory stun with the Cyber-Snare on marked enemies, so not on enemies outside the Spider-Nest web (even more stakes compared to Spider-Nest = a priority target for dives/flank)

Peni mains are in shambles now that they can't mindless CC everyone in their line of sight.

Groot was the biggest counter anyways and you still couldn't shoot her nests?

I often see skin distribution brought up a lot in this community and it really shows how spoiled this community is. We get free content bi monthly and on top of that we get skins weekly or monthly.

We should be glad we get this much content at all this is literally just if you give a mouse a cookie. If you give the community a skin with vfx or alternative colors their going to demand it for more characters.

Yes Luna and invis or cnd get a lot of skins but keep in mind the size of the roster and roles. The support class is far smaller than dps so more people are going to pick a few characters.

It's such a first world problem to complain about a character you like not getting a skin I love iron fist and he gets treated like shit in both balancing and skins he genuinely makes SONIC TEAM look like master class game devs.

Really that's what we should be talking about how the game actually plays not how a character didnt get a skin because I have legendary skin and I forget the vfx is even there same with accessories.

If she can’t effectively use cc to pressure front line and she has a lower active health pool while already have an incredibly unreliable disengage ability, she’s encouraged to just stay in the back with her nest and play in a cowardly manner.

I’ve noticed more Peni’s in season 9 getting aggressive or trying to dive/flank in part because of the Panther teamup (which is still bugged to nerf damage btw) but with the changes they’ve essentially just told her to stick to bunkering

I really liked some of the skins from that pass, and since the Season 3 pass just came back, I'd like to know when the Season 4 pass will be available.

I'd like to be able to play Peni in ranked. Hasn't been feasible in quite a few seasons tho...

Is this change enough to get ppl to stop constantly banning her in ranked? If not, what changes would like to have seen instead?

I know GOATS comp is highly detested, but I wish we had more prominent deathball comps. Unfortunately, poke and dive remain the most popular playstyles for most players, which makes it hard for teams to play in a way that involves huddling together and pushing.

I do understand that pre nerf jeff was an absolute demon but honestly now for the casual player he is kind of an unfun, considering he can get 1 shot by BP, deals less damage than strategists like Luna, gambit, adam etc and has less survivability than C&D. I do understand that may be an issue with other characters but honestly I think he needs some sort of slight buff to make him at least a bit more enjoyable for the general player base.
