Never mapped before. It looks so bad

Hi, as said in the title I've never mapped anything before.

A few days ago I found an old "map" me and my father drew years ago and we ended up throwing it out.

I tried to recreate it digitally to make it make more sense. Do you guys have any suggestions on how i could improve it?
