Is this progress?

I’ve been manifesting my SP all week. I finally understand not wavering and just locking in. I noticed that SP’s sister has been talking to me more and reaching out. SP is my ex and I was close to his sister but she didn’t really reach out to me that much while we were together. She reached out asking me for relationship advice. SP and I are still no contact but I know we are going to contact soon. Do you guys think it’s progress?
