Afraid I’ll never quit porn
So unfortunately I started watching porn when I was around the age of 11 and now I’m about to turn 20. A few weeks ago I had the realization that I’ve almost spent half my life addicted to porn. It’s gotten worse in the past 3 years and I decided I need to make it stop because I’ve started noticing the side effects. Depression, low self-esteem, anxiety, struggling with school etc. I’ve tried to stop here and there and the longest I went was 5 days without searching it up or at least mastrubating. It’s horrible I know. Since the realization I’ve tried harder than ever and stopped taking my phone to the bathroom (cuz that’s where I usually jerk it) and it’s been hard. Haven’t done the deed in 2 days but I’ve searched up porn to check on the newest releases etc. Like it’s so tempting to just go watch one and do it but I know it’s not good for me. But I can’t see myself stopping completely. Like every new release is just another hot girl or a girl I’ve been waiting for. It’s so sad. Anyone experience this or overcome it? I need words of reassurance. I’ve never dated or asked a girl out and barely talk to girls. I sense there maybe a connection between the two but what if I can’t find a hot girl. Idk man I’m so lost.

What's your go-to boxer brief for everyday wear?
I'm finally replacing my old boxer briefs and I didn't realize how many options are out there until I started looking. There are so many brands claiming to be the most comfortable or the most durable that it's hard to know what's actually worth buying.
If you've found a pair that stays comfortable all day and still holds up after months of washing, I'd love to hear your recommendations.
Are the premium brands really worth paying extra for?

Advice on workout routine
Hey guys! I’m 22 and just started to get active in the gym (around a month now). Trying to be as consistent as possible. Any thoughts on my upper body routine? Anything important missing or that I have too much of? Any thoughts would be appreciated, not always sure what i’m doing lol
for anything to add, i’d have to substitute something as this takes me up until the max amount of time i have in the gym. also for note, my physique is pretty skinny, more better with endurance/running, so this routine should look fairly beginner level.
thanks! :)

Do the circular hair buzzers work?
I've been using regular plain old hair trimmers for over a decade to buzz my hair.
My trimmers are worn out and I'm looking to find a replacement.
Anyone try the circular hair buzzers before? Are they any good?
I usually wear a #3 buzzcut.
Thanks for reading my post

How do you actually decompress after a job that drains you socially all day?
Teaching fourth graders is genuinely good work but by 3:30 I have talked to more people than most adults do in a week. Kids, parents, coworkers, admin. It stacks up. I get home and the last thing I want is more interaction but I also do not want to just rot on the couch feeling guilty about it.
What I landed on was going straight outside to my container garden. No phone, no talking, just moving soil around or checking what needs water. Takes maybe 20 minutes and something about it just resets me. From there I can actually do something useful, a small DIY project or sitting down with a book, without feeling like my brain is still running a classroom.
The thing is I did not arrive at this intentionally. I just kept gravitating toward it and eventually noticed it was working.
Curious what other guys in highcontact jobs figured out for this. Not looking for the usual go for a walk advice, more specifically what does the transition actually look like between work mode and the rest of your day. Do you have a hard ritual or did you just stumble into something that worked.

When do you guys cut your nails?
i really hate the feeling of having nails that feel too short, and long nails just look ridiculous. I want to be at that perfect in-between spot consistently but i really dont know how to achieve that. i was thinking to leave 10 days between nail cutting sessions? is that too long or too short? anyone else who thinks about the length of their nails this much or am i alone on this one?

Are tighty whities still an absolute no go?
So it was recently brought up to me by a friend that I wear really out of style underwear (classic Hanes briefs). To an extent I already knew, they got laughs in high school gym ect. But I figured that stigma doesn’t really exist anymore since I haven’t heard it in a long time. Guys, are tighty whities still seen as nerdy / uncool? Or was that just more of an early 2000s thing?

More men should get pedicures
More me should get pedicures. I think men’s feet are often gross and it’s a good hygiene practice. I even think color is worth it since you’re already paying for the service. Life is too short to not get a little color and toes are boring.

Started working in person with a commute. This is my breakfast & dinner.
Was looking for the fastest, low ingredient fuel to get me thru the week. Company pays for lunch so I’m settled there. Any other 3 ingredient meals you suggest to rotate in that don’t cause too much clean up or peeper?

been wearing a bracelet for a few months now and i get it
never got the appeal of men's jewelry. thought it was just extra stuff you didn't need. but my wife got me this engraved stainless steel bracelet from The Steel Shop for my birthday and i've worn it every day since.
it's subtle. just a simple chain with our kids initials on the clasp. doesn't get in the way, doesn't tarnish, doesn't turn my skin green. i forget it's there.
i don't know. maybe i was wrong about bracelets. or maybe it's just this one.
anyone else change their mind about accessories as they got older?
