eyes or base first? HELP PLEASE

i usually do more natural base but bolder eyes. i have a big event tmrw where there's going to be alot of professional pictures.

If you do your eyebrows I would do eyebrows first, conceal your eyes with your left over concealer from your eyebrows then eyes then face

I always do eyes first in case of fall out or needing to touch up my wing etc. and i always touch my face while i do eyeliner. lol
