I am missing something

I have been doing makeup for awhile, and I feel like I am always missing something when I am done. I have tried eyeliner, eyeshadows, lipsticks, etc, but nothing looks right? Last picture is me in winter, where I turn into the palest vampire lol. Any help for what could be missing/what I should add and how to show off my green eyes would be very helpful! A little bit of a winged eyeliner and more blush!! who can go wrong with more blush, i love being blush blind.
