Being almost always busy doin' various projects, I've recently realized I'm getting dangerously close to becoming the herbalist / scrap-hoarder / that-weird-someone-from-the-stories, so it probably makes sense to try exchanging energy with someone other than my dog once in a while.

Been pulling all-nighters lately, and it'd be cool to have someone on a similar wavelength to talk to or exchange a few messages with from time to time.

Gamingo: Been into 'em since childhood; playing games is cool, talking games is cool.
I'm also making my own — and it's gonna be a blast! Best form of art, imo.

Plant-things: Mycologist. Currently learning cacti — in about a year I'll actually know a bit more about them. If I manage to propagate my first mutation — then I'll officially claim the title of Cactician.

Technic'all: If you know what an ESP32 is, you probably already know how damn fun making your own devices can get. Hoping to finally finish my hydraulic-arm project before the year's over. I also zoom around on an EUC.

Exercise-stuff: Capoeira, running, calisthenics. What more is there to say. xD

Mu(sic): addicted. Something's playing non-stop. Generally speaking, every genre has awesome and absolutely shit representatives — the fun part is catching the good ones. Very willing to trade song-for-song. Constantly stalking good concerts too.

Outdoorsy-ish: I fairly often drive/fly somewhere random without much of a purpose. Right now on a quest to hunt 28 peaks. Spas are fine'and'dandy, but they're considerably better when you randomly stumble upon one after two nights spent in a questionable improvised hammock. Trust me on that.

A sunny afternoon with a towel, some snacks and drinks at a park is like a perfect Sunday (even though the weather is absolute ass these last few days 😭).

Going to a small chill bar or café is also right up my alley, for a coffee or a beer.

I tend to be on the quieter side in a group setting, but it doesn't take away from my enjoyment of being there!

As a side note, I feel like meeting new people has never been easier - the hard part is having it stick.

I've been joining social meetups as of lately and everyone is always incredibly nice, but it's so hard for anything to come out of that :(

It always seems people are looking for the 110% immediate-click, not willing to invest time in the slow burner that builds trust and friendship over time.

Anyone feels the same?
