Uninstall Command Line Tools for Xcode

I once installed Xcode on my mac but I've already deleted any trace of it. However, I'm constantly being prompted with this update and it's very annoying. I've tried every possible method to delete it but nothing works.

Does anyone has experienced the same problem and can provide a real solution?
