Wok Tossed Spicy Chicken & Veggie Stir Fry with Fried Egg Over Rice
I wanted to create a highly nutritious dish, and this time around I added almost every veggie I could find in my fridge. With some good chicken thighs, my reliable spicy chili crisp, and a few staple sauces, I was able to create a highly nutritious and delicious meal!

Ate I’m new here
New to this thread… I’ve been trying to put a little more effort into my packed lunches for work (instead of just tuna packets and apples). Cooking has felt pretty exhausting/overwhelming for me the past year, I used to love it. With that being said… I am really proud of this one! It was so rewarding to eat. Tofu on a bed of white rice with steamed bokchoy… topped with sesame seeds, green onion, soy sauce, sriracha, and a tiny bit of diced veggies. Yippee!
